Atiku returned to PDP in 2017 and he ran with Obi in 2019 general election. Obi was in PDP with Atiku until May 2022 when he jumped to Eluuupeee.

So, it's not 2023 that Atiku returned to PDP.

If you want to get back to power, start by showing Nigerians what they stand to get if your party is given a chance at the presidency. The way to go is for PDP governors to beat the expectations of the masses something like what Alex Otti is doing (he still has a lot of room to improve but he is on the right track) but they are not doing so because they're also fantastically corrupt.
