Who was inside at that time. The bank staffed and security know something about it

On the 20th of November, 2024, I went to Zenith bank ATM, in Bank road Agbara to o withdraw some cash.
Around 12.30 pm, the security was there and someone was also inside ATM house.
My card got stuck and later came out.
No cash was out.
I left there, then later in evening, I tried to use my card. It was telling me error.
I have to use app to transfer to POS.
But on 23 November around 8.30am
Alert was just coming through my account, until all the money was exhausted.
I call my bank and I was told my card have been compromised.
Hmm how, what is happening in Zenith bank Agbara in Bank road.

They told me payment will be done after handover.
June, July and August as notice period.
Do you think it is wise submit the tools.
At least, not in agreement

Good Morning All
I represent a company in eastern Nigeria as a service engineer and I was given tools given for the job.
Our agreement was either of us can terminate the contract with one month notice.

Due to economic situation, they ended the contract with one month notice. Now they require me to submit all tools, but never pay me for last three months. What is your advice.
I mentioned it to them that I be bringing it this month, but what about accrued payment.
He just said please go meet Mr so and so.
He is waiting for me.
I then reply that he did not mention about payment. Now,
Is it wise to return all the tools, when they never pay me
What happened was that we are two staff, the other
Person on daily contract but I am annual contract
They started using only other person, putting him only on work schedule but my own whether work or no work must be paid. I asked them severally, why I am not on schedule ,they said the job is small. Later no schedule for both us but they will call him on phone for jobs.
Then, I asked why, that, is there any problem. They said no
Since I asked, no more schedule for both of us, but calling the other person at the back.
So I stop asking, knowing they said no issue. My salary stop, no information.
Until they send termination of contract with one month notice
Two month, they never pay plus month of notice .
Payment day 15th of every month
So I told them, I will bring the tools 16 or 17 next month
What is your advice
I ask them about all accumulated payment. They said it will done
Now if should wait till and no payment
Should I return their tools
Our agreement does not state to that salary will be held until tools was return, now three months.

I want my daughter to change her school, do performance issues, that I am not satisfied.
So, I took her to another school for entrance examination.
She did the test and I was told she failed their entrance exams
As such, the school wants to place her in Jss 2, instead of Jss 3.

But I am doubting the process,
that the school want her more for the money,
What kind of question that is ideal for entrance examination,
Or they want to show that their standard is better.

Considering paying 130k per term.
I am thinking of finding her extra lesson teacher would be better than waste a whole one year and money.

My gross salary , telephone money was included.
But, My Company have stop paying it
Is it a breach of contract of employment.
Also an Increment of salary was done to all staff,

i have been working in company for four now, construction company in port Harcourt.
They have been deducting my pension and no remittance
My employment letter says, two pay in liu of notice either ways.
Now they have been looking for way to sack me, due to company low turnovers.,
of which one Chinese told me

If I should resign , i will not get two months salary in liu of notice, and my pension deduction, i may have issue collecting all.
But if I am sack, i can sue for pension, employer and employee deduction, including interest.

But on delivery. one came out while placenta never come

I just finished discussing my observations with her, by asking to tell the reason She made such comment to her husband: Who is talking to you.
No good reason, but I see the level of her respect for her husband
Though, I advice her on how not to do that again

I visited my younger sister in her matrimonial home. So, we were discussing and I noticed these:
1) Her husband was contributing to our discussing, what I heard from my sister was : Who is talking to you. I felt it though, but i discovered her husband no longer talk to her, to the extend of serving food himself

2) My sister would allow me browse with phone, but her husband. Immediately her husband want to use the phone, my sister would just come dragging it

How you see it. Should I talk to them

I have sat her down and discovered something;
1. she want to show up that it is well with us
2. Not defining boundaries
3. Not practicing what she preach. Sometime I would buy pop corn for the children and she would be asking for hers. Saying Do I prefer the kids more than her. I reply no that your Ice cream is in the fridge

Hello friend, one never know the kind of wife he married until situation show up

My wife's elder brother came to stay with me for Job, so I fix him up in where I work as a temporary staff
To my surprise, my wife abandon me, diverted all attention to his brother.
I normally got home around 10 pm everyday and my wife would just go and sleep, my food will be in the kitchen
Sometimes, she will give me food, no water. I will take it my self.

But when his brother came, She start serving him food, provide water in glass and stay with him late in the night, talking and gist till late in the night

When he would be going to work, she wake up and would escort him around 4 am

My surprise, they normally gave her milk from church, she would hid them for me not see and take
But now, her staying with me, she would gave him the milk, the left over bread I normally take, gave him. I never talk
His brother started sleeping in our office in order to reduce expenses, since I normally pay the fare and feed him in office, since he just start

Today as I am going to work, my wife quickly woke up, prepare rice and put in cooler, that I should gave to his brother,
Then I ask why she was doing that. She said to reduce expenses on me
I reply No, I do not carry rice because since i married her for almost years, she never gave rice to work. why should I carry rice to her brother
She said I am jealous

I left a company some Month ago. I did my clearance and everything needed.



The company also paid me my entitlement



But yesterday I got call fro my former HR/



He started by saying If i am surprised that he called. that He want to know where I am working now.



So, is it wise to tell him

So that I can know my basic pay, how the salary is distributed, tax to pay, pension,transport, feeding etc
