That amount can but 20,000 units of the attached 2 bedrooms Lowcost houses in the 6 geopolitical regions of Nigeria. They will be situated.
If we are to do 1 bedrooms for youths, the number of units to be built will skyrocket.
Yet we keep borrowing to pay salaries! And the Youths are not considered in the plan since there is no National Plan nor the will to execute if there is any.

This proposed project is not story, it is a TESTED AND TRUSTED workable plan.

This can teach us a lesson in marriage. Never ever marry or be joined permanently due to temporal interests. Never marry based on temporal characteristics that can change or else when the change comes, the lifetime decision may also change.

I do not really get the main gist of this thread. However one thing comes to my mind. When I was a Structural Consultant to the Lagos State Water Treatment and Distribution project at Agbowa covering 12 communities at that region. On one of our pipe channels we met a grave. The community requested we pay for some traditional rituals before we can run water through there. I had to divert.

Sell those cesspits called Refineries.
Never ever sell LNG. That was how Govt hurriedly sold NICON Group that was not under unusual issues to Jimoh and it became history.

In addition, it is called REAL Estates. So consult REAL Professionals in construction. Do not entrust your hard earned money to non-professionals who are businessmen to handle.
The Concrete & Blocks = Bone & muscles
The Finishes and Furnishings = Cosmetics & Dressing

Just like a cosmetics cannot help or cover Sickness in the body, structural errors cannot be covered by imported Italian or Spanish finishes.
You need a family Structural Engineer just like Family medical doctor and lawyer.

It is an unforgettable & unforgivable error to buy or sell any structure without assessment from a Structural Engineer

This guy has earned his name long ago. He stood against GEJ when he missed it and supported PMB. Now that PMB has taken a number of wrong steps, he is standing against him. He is one of those who SPEAK TRUTH TO POWER! The fact that you supported a candidate does not take away you heart and brain that you cannot talk against whatever they are doing wrong. That is the reason why many reputable persons enter government and find it difficult to resign when the president or governor decided to take an anti-people route.
As for those whose preoccupation is to mock those who voted for a government so that they won't speak against what the government they voted for is doing wrong, it is as foolish and insane as saying because you LOVE and MARRIED your spouse, you should never speak against a wrong thing they do when they go wrong

Sorry Bro.
The great make mistakes because they take many great steps.
The unknown make no mistakes because they attempt nothing.

Please I want to request all our Fish farmers to locate their pounds away from flood-prone areas that even a 10hr heavy downpour will never reach it. To achieve this you need protected and elevated pounds. Farming is the future of this Nation not Oil. So it must be protected than pipelines.

When you build, the house is Brand New, all the facilities are new, and the design is to your taste not a preset design. Also, you do not need to be paying another kind of rent in the name of Service charges.

Let me tell you for free that In Ibeju-Lekki you do not need more than N30m to build a world-class structure there including the land. At least I have built hundreds of houses there. undecided
