Cee-c also said yesterday that she knew lolu outside the house.

Didn't watch when she called her that but Miracle and Tobi said she did and told her to go and apologise to Nina.

I think she and Nina had an issue, Cee- c was eating and Nina asked her to stand so that she can sweep and she refused and Nina told her to pack up when she is done eating.

Her reason for not standing was that she can't leave her food and go to another place that she might lose her appetite. What happened to carrying your food to another place

Dee one is crazy, he said last year it was only Efe that came with bible, but this year he has seen 5 bibles and korans in the house

Thanks ma just came back from the hospital they said its nothing serious that i should clean the passage of the eye well

My baby had the same discharge some days ago, I googled for solutions and read on baby Center that it is clogged tear duct and I should clean with warm wet cloth and then gently massage the area between the eye and the nose, I did that and it stopped coming out after 2 days.

The hair is from her father's family o, I don't use anything on it. We only wash with soap once or twice weekly. All other washing is just to run water through. Was using baby oil on it till I learnt mineral oils are not good for the hair so we switched to coconut oil.

lol at cutting the hair, I'm not planning on cutting my dd's hair either.

Whole chicken - spatchcocked -I.e. cut down the backbone only and spread it out. I cut it down the breastbone as i find breastmeat boring so this helps open up the meat to absorb tbe juices.
You can use pieces as well as other poultry or meat. Guinea fowl or duck. Whole leg of goat or ram as will work well too ( yes i am a carnivore! Don't judge!)
season and leave to marinade for a while - overnight if possible.

Onions - chopped
Carrots - sliced
Bell peppers - mixed colours - chopped
Atarodo - finely chopped
Tomatoes - chopped ( If using the canned fresh ones it has enough juice) if using fresh, you can add a bit of tin tomatoes mixed with a bit of water.
Usual spices and bay leaves.

Get a large casserole pot or pan, that can go from hob to oven If you do not have one use a large pot with metal handles or a deep oven pan with foil covering.

Put some oil in the pot/ pan. Let it heat up and then add the chicken skin-side down and fry for a bit, then turn over to the other side and fry for a bit. 3 -5 mins on each side.

If your pot is big enough you can add the other ingredients in with the chicken. If not take the chicken out and keep aside.

Add your onions, carrots, peppers and tomatoes with bay leaves and season. Let cook for about 2 minutes then add the chicken back in. Ensure you coat it well with the sauce.
Cover it with foil or an oven proof cover, and whack into the oven till the meat is cooked through. For soft chicken this is like 45 mins. Guinea fowl or other meats will take longer.

If you want a browned skin on the chicken you can then open it and increase the oven temperature and leave for like 10 mins.

If adding broccoli steam seperately and add to the casserole just before you serve.

Serve with rice, mash potatoes, chips or as a soup with some bread.
