Valleys:
How do you want people to see you, since you have been supporting your argument with a wrong video?
It is very possible the receipt you posted, to support your claim, is not yours.

damosky12:
Dude. The video is literally comparing Redmi Note 10 and NOT Note 10 Pro.

Note 10 Pro is an entirely different phone. It is miles ahead.

What did you buy?

Gptech:
But did you actually buy a device named Redmi 10 pro? There's no way A51 can beat Redmi note 10 Pro in photography. Don't compare photos from different devices looking at different screens, you should send both photos to same device and compare from there. The screen of the A51 is nicer to look at though. The video you uploaded is A51 versus Redmi note 10, not Redmi note 10 pro.

Earlystar698:
From what is shown here, it's obvious you ordered for redmi 10 pro thinking it's would be same as iPhone 13,the fault is not from Xiaomi but you that failed to examine the product from verified buyers, next time you are getting a product ask questions and equally research e lot before buying it.. Again since its not up to 7 days return the phone to jumia.

Earlystar698:
You are not ready to say the truth.

Whenever you are ready bring pics evidence and receipt.

I use Xiaomi note 10 Pro 8gb 128gb and it's a top-notch device.

The only issue I have had with the phone is the proximity sensor not working properly, like when listening to WhatsApp voice notes and calls, the screen blacksout irregularly.. it uses the fromt camera for proximity and not the normal Infrared sensor.

This device is very fast, charges fast and lasts long on heavy usage, and it doesn't heat up too.

The camera quality is good too, has a twin speaker with hifi sound production.

Got mine 158k like 6 months ago without the hand band it comes with.

I am not a Xiaomi agent, just listing my observation.

damosky12:
That's not a Redmi Note 10 Pro. Can't be...

StrafordSTONES:
Xiaomi phones are strong and have good batteries...but I would never recommend it for someone after Camera

Lordofalmajiri:
Return it back, problem might be from jumia.. the devise I got from them is acting up.

SimeonOTC:
Return the phone back to where you bought it from and look for a xaomi shop to get a Redmi note 10pro.

what you bought is not Redmi note 10pro because funny enough i am using both that samsung and Redmi note 10, though, the samsung is a bit better in most aspect, but the flaws you wrote here is clearly not a redmi note pro, not even a xaomi product

donbenie:
All these flaws unto a phone less than 24 hours old?
You have even given it to your sister and she has already come up with the same faults?
ALL within 24 hours?

jerab:
I use the same phone, the 8gb version tho . And it's the opposite of everything you just complained about

Myzubby:
did you buy from Xiaomi official store?
Redmi note 10 pro has been one of the best so far.

Hope you didn't get your self a cloned Redmi ?

HRHQueenPhil:

Peempuus:

Kingozymandias:

DaInferno:

anita08:

IbrahimMav:
To quickly check if it's original, use the phone to download an app called cpu-z. Then see if the specs correspond with the specs in gsmarena. If it does, then it's original.

Another way is to boot into download mode. press and hold Bixby , Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously until you see the screen boot up. You should see the Warning screen for the Download mode. Press the Volume Down button to enter into the Download mode. you should see ODIN download mode which is expected to display the original model number of the Note 9 at the top of the screen. Crosscheck the model Number with the model Number written on the box, if it's the same, then it's original.
