I use Xiaomi note 10 Pro 8gb 128gb and it's a top-notch device.

The only issue I have had with the phone is the proximity sensor not working properly, like when listening to WhatsApp voice notes and calls, the screen blacksout irregularly.. it uses the fromt camera for proximity and not the normal Infrared sensor.

This device is very fast, charges fast and lasts long on heavy usage, and it doesn't heat up too.

The camera quality is good too, has a twin speaker with hifi sound production.

Got mine 158k like 6 months ago without the hand band it comes with.

I am not a Xiaomi agent, just listing my observation.

Xiaomi phones are strong and have good batteries...but I would never recommend it for someone after Camera

Return it back, problem might be from jumia.. the devise I got from them is acting up.

Return the phone back to where you bought it from and look for a xaomi shop to get a Redmi note 10pro.

what you bought is not Redmi note 10pro because funny enough i am using both that samsung and Redmi note 10, though, the samsung is a bit better in most aspect, but the flaws you wrote here is clearly not a redmi note pro, not even a xaomi product

Take they number write it on a piece of paper , then pls be certain the number I very correct don't make any mistakes please!!

Then I assume this is the phone with your main numbe in it right ?

Okay now after you must have gotten the IMEI number exactly a sit is without any errors

Take the paper with the IMEI and throw it away .

To quickly check if it's original, use the phone to download an app called cpu-z. Then see if the specs correspond with the specs in gsmarena. If it does, then it's original.

Another way is to boot into download mode. press and hold Bixby , Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously until you see the screen boot up. You should see the Warning screen for the Download mode. Press the Volume Down button to enter into the Download mode. you should see ODIN download mode which is expected to display the original model number of the Note 9 at the top of the screen. Crosscheck the model Number with the model Number written on the box, if it's the same, then it's original.
