Most people sell their phones here , they just want to upgrade . When you handle good phones you’d try to explore more. I sold note 7 to a customer on Thursday he called me that he needs this phone the highest one . I sold note10lite to him the wife note 9s and he sold the note 7 to me . That’s how it works here . I also use note 9s nothing Dey happen to the phone but most people want to upgrade

An upgrade is not necessary degrading per sé. If you want to use the latest versions and enjoy improvements, you have to update and upgrade software and hardware when necessary.

However, not everyone cares about new tech or new updates. Some people just want a functional device.
