Good evening bosses ..am having problems with my CD/DVDdrive,I once bought an omega disc to install some software but my laptop won't load it..(it actually load it after several days and after that it won't load it again,but it loads other audio and video cds)it loads the omega once and I had to copy the content on a USB drive,after that it won't load it again..now I just bought a driverspack disc and am having the some problem..it won't load it,,
What can I do?

Yes, windows 10, 32bit can be upgraded to 64bit with software disc or a usb key. You might just have to also upgrade the ram to 4gb in a 64bits windows, And all system processors have 64bits in there architecture, that means they can run 64bit programs, instructions, except your system is a very old system or a vintage. And it's not possible to change a 32bit processor to 64bit
