In the study permit form i.e imm1294e there is a session that require you to declare if you have been refuse visa from any country pls kindly indicate yes, it will request more information, you state the reason, application number and uci number (if applicable). It doesn't mean your visa will be refused the second time if you handled the application properly. Note that USA, Canada, Australia and the UK are somehow linked a visa refusal from any of this country will be detected.

I had this similar message in my gcms note (but my parents where my sponsor) my father felt so belittled and angry when he saw the gcms note , he vexed and paid my whole tuition of 17,000cad and transfers a sum of 5 million Naira to my account for upkeep, I attached all this in my new application plus his updated bank statement showing evidence of the new transaction made , the balance was even more than what I submitted in my first applications (we wan show the VO say he does not know what his saying ) I got medical request last week .

You can use investment accounts as POF. Like fixed deposit certificate and the other investments that the cash can be liquidated immediately. I used my investment account as my POF ( no additional current or savings account statement ). The agent I used warned me against it that it was risky🤣but I told them to go ahead and use it.

I was always scared when I come to this page and see list of what people submitted. I will quicky run away cos I no submit up to half of what some people submitted but God came thru for me. First time applicant and visa got approved in less than a month!
