Drama happened inside first bank at osapa london branch this morning. I was inside this bank to withdraw some amount of money. Inside this bank there was a very huge crowd and a very long queue. This guy came in to deposit some cash (55 thousand naira) but when he saw the crowd he didn't want to queue and went to the front to approach a lady who is around no ten on the queue and begged her to help in paying his cash.

He gave the already filled teller to that lady and the cash after standing for about two to three minutes. He went to sit on a seat very close to the queue. Few minutes later, he really enjoy the coolness of the air condition and surrendered to sleep.

When it was about three people before that lady, she looked back and discovered that that guy is already sleeping. She just told the next person that she is coming and left the banking hall through the exit door.

By the time this guy woke up, she was gone. It was like a dream. He asked the people in front if they saw a lady in green top and they reply she left few seconds ago. He ran outside but the lady was no where to be found. He was outside the bank shouting my boss money.

Now see what he caused himself by being inpatient. Hmm my people be careful this is not a joke, I was an eye witness. It happened around 10:30 am today.

I'm not fooled. This little acting can't for a strategist. It was an 'arrangee' stealling, that guy was only taking a dog's nap.

Just focus on other things and leave relationship aside for now, you're too young to get married so don't distract yourself , make friends though and get them to know you well but don't ask them out , you'll definitely find one who will appreciate you for who you are .

The last presidential election fund-raising prog I watch, seems during Obasanjo era(can't remember precisely) all I kept hearing was: so so donate an undisclosed amount, next person same etc till a point I asked myself that why am I watching the programme if you won't disclose the amount,though am sure it wasn't in Billion donations.
In this era donations are now spelt out without any fear of anybody even EFCC, this should call for concern though! But wait o...during the fund raising program for the flood victims and boko haram did we raise so much compare to this?

I think making it open is better, at least we know who donated so so amount. A person/coy that has nothing to hide need not be afrd of disclosing it's donation to any cause they deem fit. Bless u.

Thanks for this wonderful thread. I signed up on freelancer over 2 years ago but somehow considered it out of reach. Well, in October I decided to try it again when they sent several emails offering a free upgrade. So I retrieved my password and spent a lot of time exploring the site and learning (wish I had this thread then). Fortunately, that same day I landed a $50 project that took me about 3 days to complete and was very easy, plus I learned a lot from doing it! I was gingered and I persevered.... Wrote one exam from my earning and had my membership renewed at month end.
Come Nov. 1st, I unbelievably won a project worth over $1000! Hmm, it was a lot of work o, writing social posts based on clients' businesses. I even had to outsource some to my brothers.
It was after I started on that job that I started wondering how to withdraw my earnings and I discovered this thread through Google. I read through and immediately signed up for a Payoneer card. I emailed Ladywriter and she put me through.
I just completed the project yesterday and the money is cooling off in my Freelancer account, while my card is on the way
I hope to encourage other newbies like me to keep at it and when you do get the jobs, do them well so as to get glowing reviews. They help. And for all those asking basic questions, do read up on the thread. Most of the answers are already up there. The projects I've done so far have been based on Social media though I bid for all sorts

Saturday PUNCH gathered that Chukwuebuka was alerted by other SS1 students who had complained about how the boy was improperly dressed for school. They also complained that he was distracting them with Indecency which he watched on a mobile phone in class.

Responding, Chukwuebuka came in and asked the boy to leave the school premises immediately. In the confrontation that followed, the boy punched Chukwuebuka, sending him sprawling in a fit on the ground . He was rushed to the nearby New Hope Hospital, where medical officials worked on him till he died.

That was obviously an accident, rip to the dead lad. Btw, corporal punishment should be done away with all public and private schools.

The fact still remain thesame that plagiarism is allowed to some extent. It's only frivolities, stupidity and idiocy that cannot be plagiarised, but be it any positive attitude or work, people won't hesitate to copy it. Acknowledging the owner of the work makes you to be on the safer side. Every words we use this days are plagiarised, if not used by anyone before, it is copied from the dictionary.

References are made just to expose where you've copied from and whose work you've dubbed, there is no penalty for references but there is penalty for dubbing without reference. You can't see any standard essay without proper references. Check out winning entries of several essay competitions, you will see the references bodly written at the end of each essay. Will there be any need for references if plagiarism is not involved?

Oboy stop granstanding. Plagiarism in any form no matter how 'small' is a criminal offence. Noboby said u may not quote another person's work to drive a point home. U may qoute a point to make UR IDEA clearer, not copy ANOTHER PERSON'S IDEA then add or change some words and call it original work. Thanks.
