If so, you'd still have to pass through partner interview stage(s), bench marking and medicals before recruitment decision could be made.

I was part of those who did Assessment and interview on 18th October. and we were told to be expecting regret mail or congratulatory mail. if successful we will be told to resume last week Wednesday. till now, I haven't see any messages from them.
