I think this report is not that substantial.
Two things I’m sure of are factors that are determinant of economic growth of a country which are “Security and Political Stability “.

You have to do with the least bad of the options for state lawmaker, governor, senator and representative plus president.

By now, you should know that PVCs are not enough. You have to put your own money, time and talents for various aspects of the political process, so you can have better candidates for all the positions.
