Lagos has been able to enjoy a level of success due to many factors bordering on high IGR and favourable geographical positioning.

5.) Federal road and train rail infrastructures in all of the South East/ South South must be made top priority by Mr. Peter Obi's government. These regions are the least beneficiaries of federal infrastructures of any type since after the genocidal war of 1967-70.

6.) Census count with ethnicity and religion on the census form must be conducted within the first year of Peter Obi's government. We must establish the actual number of all ethnic groups and states in nigeria, and new national ID card with PVC imbibed together to avoid future election rigging in favor of the minority born to rule terrorists. No more PVC in every election year. All national ID cards must be imbibed with PVC's.

7.) Multi dimensional policing system, i.e federal, state and community police must be established to eliminate crimes and terrorism from grassroots from foreign invaders whom we all know who they are.
