Christianity Etc › Re: When You Are Worried: 7 Ways To Remind Yourself Of God's Faithfulness by opribo(m): 1:15pm On Apr 10, 2016
Dear NLanders, I don't care what anybody may say but I want to say it loud hear on this forum that there is someone up there who listens to us when we cry out from the deepest part of our hearts and sincerely too. When you make a conveniant with Him make sure you fill it because He takes revenge for promises not kept.

I am a living testimony to that and I can tell you it can only be God because it could not have been anyone else. It doesn't matter what name you call Him and it doesn't matter what anyone says about Him all I know is that I have been experienced Him, He is real and He works in an unusual way different from us humans. He cannot be hurried and He cannot be bribed or cajoled. He will do what He has planned to do but when we cry to Him sincerely He listens as He did to me recently.

How else can you explain connecting you with someone you never knew before who now connected you to the person that needed what you have been trying to sell without success for the past 6 months.
Now I remember vividly how Peter toiled all night and day but caught no fish until he encountered Jesus. Mine was the same I wanted to sell a plot of land in a not so attractive area. Because I needed the money urgently. For one year I was doing it my way. Some came priced even below my target sale I agreed but to bring money they won't come back. This went on and one and my deadline was fast approaching.

Someone told me to go inside my room and talk to God that I should make a promise to Him to pay tithe and see what He will do. I did exactly that I licked the floor as a commitment to my promise. Shortly, I ran into a new friend and ordinarily I should not discuss land issue but I did and the guy told his boss about it, he requested I took him there and within days he paid. Money hit my account first thing I did I went to pay my tithe.
For me that's God in action.

You people should just leave him alone 'keje' let him just be travelling about the country is on auto. Pa Buhari can't shout neither can he run he is here to relax and sign your documents. Not here to woory his brain or think of anything. I'm sire his doctors must have told him to stop worrying, stop reading newspapers and stop watching local stations.

Then our own home grown women will deal with him ruthlessly.

What a shame to a nation oh what pity we never had it so bad. What a bunch of inexperienced charlatans running affairs of a whole Nigeria.

Wonder if CNN should beam this to the world what will be left of the dignity of Nigerians simply because we choose a cattle dealer to moderate the affairs of human beings.

Politics › Re: Kachikwu: Fuel Scarcity Will End On Wednesday In Abuja, Lagos by opribo(m): 1:40am On Apr 06, 2016
This is the most irresponsible, insensitive, callous and inept government I have ever come across in my life
Can anyone give me one good reason why the so called president feeding fat on tax payers funds has not deemed it fit to address the nation at such a monumental embarrassment caused by their lack of innovation to pull us out of the fuel crisis situation.

For the mere fact that they finally did what a proactive leadership ought to have done ab jnitio shows clearly that this are wicked and deadly creatures manning the affairs of this country. With the protracted suffering I still wonder why organised labour haven't deemed it necessary to call out workers.
Transportation cost is astronomical and it has affected the cost of food and other items in the market yet the government is going about as if its a non issue. Something that cuts across the entire country.

Now I believe some people own this country called Nigeria if this can happen and Nigerians tolerate it and absorb this self inflicted punishment without qualms.

Some now the president will shamelessly jet out again on a merry go round. Wonder whether he reads the eyes of his hosts.

Its about time somebody checks these quacks before they drive us all into the lagoon

if this was a thoughtless project then the Lagos state govt owe lagosians an apology for the untold hardship caused

Please somebody close to Kachikwu and the minister of petroleum Buhari, that Nigerians have never had it so bad since I was born I have never experienced or seen a fuel queue extending from Northwest filling station in chevron all the way to Ajah bus top. They cannot be experimenting with the lives and daily bread of Nigerians. Filling stations care not meeting venues for Nigerians due to the long wait on the queues.

If they want to change the old ways they should first provide succour to Nigerians before they start their magic and if the problem is that they don't understand the problem itself then there is nothing wrong to call for help or better still surrender.

You can't run away from the problem by travelling up and down you sit down strategize and confront the problem frontally but you need physical strength, sound mind, and above all the will power unfortunately the president expected to lose the election so that more bloodshed but God turned their plans upside down by making GEJ to concede defeat.
Now they are looking like yoyo not knowing what to do.

The people who could help them they are hounding them so they are on their own on this until the day the masses will rise up and say enough is enough they will pack themselves shamefully away from our aso tock. You want to do what no president has done before then expect to see what no president has ever seen before. Shameless bunch.

Well, It is a democracy where majority have their way. I didn't cast my ballot for the man but others chose to. We all have to live with the consequences of their choice. The next three years look too fearful to look forward to. I only pray he is able to fix the economy, at least, to ameliorate the current sufferings. Then we can correct the mistake in 2019.
He has got nothing to offer you that is why he is junketing about at least let him enjoy his life, nobody knows tomorrow. A youth looks forward to tomorrow because hr has a future ahead of him or her but an old man has nothing to look forward to. Hus time is spent anyway so he is waiting for the call and of course ready to drag anybody down along with him. We should expect nothing tangible because even the VP has no say in this matter so its a hopeless situation.

1. Declare emergency return to agriculture
2. Develop local industries and education.
3. Wipe out insecurity by empowering the army and police and other security agencies.
4. Revamp the health sector and declare a national reorientation of the youths to imbibe our value system and culture.

This has become clichéd. You were not elected to bemoan the past but to work on the present and lay the foundation for a better future for all Nigerians. Roll up your sleeves, Sir, and get your hands dirty. A year is gone already, the time is ticking fast!
Roll which sleeves to do which work.
You guys never cease to amaze me. Where is the strength to work for the tired bones of a 75 years old man. The only thing he can do is hound everybody as if he is working and them blame and bemoan the past as if he was not a part. of the past leaders he is blaming. It is not his fault its just nature at work. If you've ever sat with an old man before its only stories of the good old days you will be hearing.

It's unfortunate we slid onto this mess because of our hate and ignorance. The people working around him can't talk because one he is elderly and you know how it is in Nigeria about respect for elders or else they cause the person 'ekpè'.

So for now we have write off the next four years as wasted years in our nation's history.

Which part of the country is that name from? People should be careful when they try to make this Party problem or a Nigerian problem. It is not a Nigerian problem and can never be a Nigerian problem. it is a northern problem. They know why they started it and they know what they wanted from it and it is on only them who can talk k to themselves to stop it.

Afterall, they said it that an attack on boko haram is an attack on the north. What more convincing statements can be more than that.

You people ain't seen nothing yet, this is just the beginning. When these power hungry usurpers are done with you all. You will wish you weren't born a Nigerian.

Imagine the west who controls the media keeping dead silent as though all is well just because their own is given a place in a government where they have been silenced but we know a man dies where he cannot speak in the face glaring hopelessness. This much the great Lai confirmed when he said the President has lost control of the economy.
People can continue to suffer and smile but we the wailers refuse to die in silence
We will shout we will fight we will even die if need be. This government must throw in the towel over the colossal sufferings Nigerian citizen are made to go through nationwide.

It shall not be long if this continues before something will happen naturally to correct the maladministration. Yes it is a cleat indication of clueless ness on the part on the oil ministry administrator. Somebody is using the ideas of old in a modern beta
it can never work.

Everyday the govt tells one story another day they deny it. First it was subsidy, then it changed to vandalization, then non functioning refinery, then unbundling then global economic meltdown and now we are not magicians.
Don't we have elder statesmen again who can look this people on the eyes and tell them they are messing up. Oh since Gani Fawehinmi left I don't know what is happening to those claiming to be crusader of the masses.

We definitely need another hero.

Politics › Re: Shocking: Fayose Claims Chibok Girls Abduction Was Fabricated To Oust Jonathan by opribo(m): 9:11am On Mar 31, 2016
If it the Chibok girls kidnap is a ruse which I strongly believe too then where was Madam Ezekwesili getting funding for Bbog campaigns why has the rally suddenly thinned out since the APC govt took over.
Why has Shettima stopped lampooning govt for Chibok girls while carefully shielding his role in making the girls sit for exam in an unsafe center despite WAEC warnings.

How come only the principal of the school came when the former first lady invited all the parents of the kidnapped girls.

How come despite all the bombings in Sambisa they gave not yet seen the girls.

Well for me I have asked the creator of Nigeria and the whole universe to intervene in this matter because if indeed this happens to be a conspiracy then please immediately it is exposed this country will have no business stating as one. For parents government officials to be involved in such cover up against the federal republic is indeed shocking and if the Americans who came here and left immediately were privy to it then we need to review our diplomatic relationship especially with this Obama government.

For now let us continue to hope for the safe recovery of the Chibok girls. Any attempt to imagine otherwise would spell doom.

It is better if you don't ever know the people who bleeped her before you marry her than to say they were people known to you. then you went ahead to marry her.

The worries ain the world are too much already talk less of a man accepting to live the rest of his life knowing that Mr so so has bleeped the mother of his children black and blue. The one that can even kill you is if you know the so called person had the better part of your wife when it was still hot and fresh.
For me o, the answer is NO, I can never and will never marry a girl that I know who had slept with her before. It can never happen and it is sacrilege to me.
