Many people are experiencing the same issue myself included.
I don't know whose idea it was to make the website full of designs and animations but lack basic functions. promoting beauty over efficiency.
Bunch of incompetent mofos.
Anyway if you are getting that situation there is nothing you can presently do but wait. I was told it means the registration is complete but you wouldn't get congratulatory message right away. So all we can do now is patiently wait.

[First my passport, second dat my phone no, email and bvn has already bn used

I have registered and was sent a congratulatory message to that effect,bt with the way d way d site is functioning,i thought maybe d site has lost d intial applications of applicants.R u saying categorically that our submission to the site is still intact?

but I think crashing of the website has been a huge hindrance.to successful applicantions and submission. That's why you keep getting error or you're returned to page 1

That's the same issue more than 90% of those who're able to get to page 5 are having.

You may not be able to use that data again even if you changed your email, phone number, you can't change your BVN.

Unless npower is overhauled for a better user experience for applicants to apply

Pls be careful on who you send your details to particularly your BVN, email password and the rest.

At the moment, better still, since it was launched applicants have been finding it nearly immpossible to apply

I sent them several massages no reply. The consultant is really a disgrace to his family and his entire generation. People don't have money but they are still subjected to more spending in the cafe. Yet he had guts to display in the news that 400,000 applications had been received instead of him to apologize. This is how woman medical doctor is appointed as the commissioner of Science and Technology in my state and she appointed her son whom she sent for training in as the personal adviser and he came back to tell us JAVA is out-dated software ( read about Udom,Elizabeth her son and ICT in Akwa Ibom state). Wonders shall never end. People abt(300) were to go to India for oracle training but she subjected them to collecting of laptops instead of them writing the professional exams that money was disbursed buy the state government. You need not bother yourself about that. At the moment you can't edit an already submitted documents on the npower portal.

Just leave it. You're even lucky thousands of other applicants are finding it difficult to register.
