I registered since a week now and uploaded my documents, but wasn't told successful on clicking the submit button, it just took me to home page and said my details have been used when I tried again, and no mail was sent , when I tried registering again, the response was I have already registered in the platform and no place to upload documents. Till now no mail, am confused pls

Hello,
Have you checked your spam folder if you're using gmail, or junk if you're using yahoomail?

Pls check them.

If you can't still find them, be informed that every application can never be accepted/successful due to some of these factors:

1) portal hitches

2) failure to follow instructions

3) employer's selection policy

4) inability to meet requirements etc

However, if you think you haven't fallen in none of the above factors, reach me on WhatsApp.

Pls don't share your personal /financial details or sensitive info with unknown person.

Please keep safely for future reference and access to your N-power portal. Your application will now be processed and documents reviewed. Once your application has been fully processed, you will receive further information via your email and also via your portal account. You will require your username and password to access your portal account. If your email or telephone number change in the future, simply access your N-Power portal account and update your record.

I notice my acknowledgment letter is different from others or is it that they send diff message due to the area u apply for?? There is nothing like ''You will receive further instructions regarding pre-selection tests via your registered email account within 7 days of your application submission. You will need to complete the tests. The selection committee will review all applications, documents and test results after the closing date for registration. You will receive notification via your registered email account once a decision has been made about your application. You will also receive updates on your application through your N-Power portal account. I think you're one those who applied at the initial launch of npower: that was when username, password were created to fill the form, and upload your documents... that changed when applicants were facing huge challenges.

Don't worry irrespective of the format of your acknowledgement email you'll still be eligible.

To access the portal during test might require your email and your reference number

After selecting my gender and waiting for the page to complete the process then I'll receive the message that "You are already registered on the N-Power Registration Platform.Thank You.N-Power Support Team. Meanwhile I have never been able to complete the Applicable. Moreover I'll like to know if already registered is equal to already applied. I'm somehow confused. Help please

I don't think you have to apply again if you had done so because you already have reference number which is a pointer to a successful application.

however, you may try it if the Npower data won't detect your email , GSM, and BVN.


But I believe their would be an info from npower if first set of applicants have to reapply.

The website has not changed, only the design of the registration form. Npower only upgraded due to numerous challenges intending applicants were passing through. And that has not erased their database.

When you click on submit, your data will be saved then you're taken to where you can upload your photo, CV, degree cert.
