Don't worry, just contact their customer care line, request for the transfer of your card to your new address. Inform them that you want it to be posted as registered letter and NOT COURIER so as to save cost of postage.

Very recently, I ordered from that site ( item still in transit), I was not comfortable with how the parcel was packaged. (see attached pix). The content was fully disclosed on the parcel. I didn't mind since it was a minor item. But phone is costly, is it advisable to ship a phone through nipost since it is far affordable than through shipping agents?

I had observed that LG products always have new exiting models but has more tendency to faults. Once I checked a model of a Home Theatre on LG Korea site and discovered that that model is not produced by LG. I diligently traced the model to Chinese electronic producers. Hence my conclusion: Fuani imports original LG but also go to China and make fake ones with LG label and mix them up for sale. BUYING FROM AUTHORISED DEALERS IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF BUYING AN ORIGINAL - IN NIGERIA. Rather bother about who can give you authentic warranty.
