Actually, I visited BlitzWolf® site, there I discovered that banggood was one of their authorised retailers. There is a discount coupon to to claimed there as well.
The QC2.0 chargers on gearbest didn't quite meet my expectations, though obviously cheaper.
When I deal, I'll update the forum on my experience. Banggood informed me they will dispatch through registered parcel.
Note: there are people that don't recommend gearbest claiming hurtful experience with them.

Dispatched via Netherlands Post on 4/3/2016, updated online for tracking on 17/3/2016. I tracked with 17track.net and Nipost. On 23/3/2016, I was called by Nipost to pick it up. Total duration of 1 month in transit.
Lesson: I may not pay for insurance and tracking next time. This is my 2nd order from gearbest. I can say, it is safe to order from them.
Unboxing
I used Infinix Hot Note X551 charger to charge it, but I didn't notice any progress in charging after 5 hours. I reset, drained completely and recharge 17 hours, spread over 4 days - at office before it became fully charged.
Observations: The speed charge feature in Infinix Hot Note charger was not activated, hence the charger charged at normal volts and current. Essentially chargers are usually very warm when charging power banks, but in this case, when charging this power bank, it was not warm at all.
That means that I have to buy Quick Charge 2.0 Compatible charger with output of: 5v2A/9v2A/12v1.5A - to enable me charge 5 hours as described on advert.
I wrongly assumed the Infinix CQ-15AX charger with output of 5v2A/7V1.8A/9v1.8A/12v1.3A - which is Mediatek's PumpExpress compatible fast charge technology would be compatible with Snapdragon's Quick Charge 2.0 requirements.
To escape this quagmire, I'll intend to order for a QC 2.0 Certified charger such a as

Charging Update:
My Blitzwolf Quick Charge 2.0 compatible Charger arrived from the above online shop after 1 month. It charged the Xiaomi 20000mAh power bank from 0% - 100% in 6hours, 55minutes. Photo of the said charger attached for your perusal. It's a big relief form the 20hours charging time I had been waiting before now to juice up. My suggestion here is that intended buyers of this power bank should order a compatible charger along. The beautiful thing is that my charger can charge two gadgets at the same time.

1. Most Xiaomi PB on Jumia are definitely fake. They are sold my merchants not Jumia store. It is a worldwide issue, even in China. In buying Xiaomi, be 100℅ sure of the source. There are many nairalanders that sells original here. Google it out.
2. Do we have fake goods on Jumia? YES of course. Jumia don't sell special goods and even exclusive distributed goods like Innjoo have lots of mixed or negative user feedbacks. Similar experience still obtains in amazon and eBay.
How to buy original: do research on whatever you want to buy. eg, on memory cards, any Samsung MC from Taiwan is fake. Original comes from their factory in Korea, Mexico, Philippians. Ask the seller where is it made from before buying. Because 99℅ of MC sellers sincerely don't know how to isolate an original from fake.

StanbicIBTC has the worst online banking platform... Imagine using OTP for transaction, and some times the messages comes late on ur GSM when ur login session has expired, they don't give customers their hardware token only for their staffs... First bank has surreptitiously reintroduced a N105 monthly fee on savings accounts. I equally maintained that account as purposely Savings account, but the idea of forfeiting 1k every 10 months is unacceptable to me. I am working on emptying that account. @ all take note of this new development

There is a superior idea of using a independent Trustee. Please advise the girl to go to Ministry of Justice in her state. There is a department called Administrator General and Public Trustee. The will formally take over her late father's assets and manage and use the proceeds of income earned to help her complete her education smoothly until she is of age, they will legally enable her to take possession of the inheritance. This will equally wade off intruders from family. Unfortunately, the general public seems not to be aware of this services.
@ everybody: please if you are spiritually discerning enough, cases of a successful family member dying at the prime of life - with family members on standby to reap where they did not sow has more to it than it appears on the surface. Unfortunately, there is no game preinstalled and since I'm not a gammer, I have no ready game app at hand to install and use. But generally, the Mumi + android uses a good chunk of the RAM but it does not however induce any perceptible lag in performance. Games. Suitable would do well no doubt.

INTRO:
I initially intended importing a Xiaomi phone from China but was scared away by the inexplicable development in the forex market, I was offered $95 by a distributor. Consequently, I looked inwards and remembered that Jumia sells just two brands of Xiaomi Phones locally, incidentally, Redmi 2 was among the option. My order was placed on Mon, 22/02/2016 and UPS courier delivered it to Uyo on Friday, 26/02/2016. Price: N25,000. The Jumia agent I used gave me a discount on delivery fee.
UNBOXING:
Redmi 2 came with a very small box. The content of the box include: White coloured Redmi 2, a 2200mAh Li-Po battery, a USB Charging Cable and a 5V 1A Charger and user manual pack written in Indonesian. A branded pen and lanyard were enclosed as gifts. After fixing the battery, the phone is comparatively light in weight.
PHONE PERFORMANCE:
Battery: I lay much emphasis to the battery performance of any smartphone. Naturally, I charged the battery fully and later in the evening, I paired Redmi 2's WiFi to my Infinix Hot Note hotspot. On Friday evening, I browsed for about 4 hours. I resumed browsing on Saturday. The phone's battered amazingly endured my browsing with intermittent intermission till around 10pm ~ almost 10 hours in all. This performance is considered very stellar in my opinion. Coming from the background of having used: Tecno T1, D7, Phantom A1 and Infinix Hot and presently Infinix Hot Note. Aside Infinix Hot Note with 4000mAh battery capacity, the rest hardly survive the typical long browsing habit of mine as I usually charge them twice or trice per day to keep them running or whenever I am out of my station for longer periods like travelling or church camps, where access to electricity may be challenging, I resort to freezing my phone usage to conserve power. I must confess Xiaomi's precision on their products is notable. Even through I didn't insert SIM cards in the phone, nevertheless, WiFi usage is a power sucking activity on any phone - judging from my experience with Tecno D7 and Infinix Hot. Redmi 2 drains battery very slowly and accurately. I rank its comparative performance with my with Infinix Hot Note.
Camera: Redmi 2's is equipped with both primary and selfie camera. I tested the 8mp back camera on outdoor and indoor scenarios. In comparison with Infinix Hot Note, the picture quality and colours are poles apart in superiority. (Pix attached below)
Speed: I didn't use the phone much since it isn't mine. I'm sort of testing the general features for appraisal sake. I didn't notice any lag. The Mumi skin is ok. I only installed few apps like Bible, Dictionary, Flashshare, etc. The phone came with Google playstore preinstalled contrary to what I read online from overseas users.
The charging speed is not so fast like Samsung or Tecno, but steady ( maybe since it was for charge, time will tell) I used an unbranded Powerbank and it almost took an entire night to charge ( I slept off so I can't be so sure ) I suggest one uses a reputable power bank or wall mains for best performance here. Ringtones are neither many nor so melodious but much better than Gionee's. The phone's sound is loud and clear.
HARDWARE: The white coloured casing is very fine, well crafted with premium and solid feel. There is a notification light to show charging status and missed calls alert.
