It is Lagos state responsibility to collect land use charge and when necessary they will implement more land related laws to make the life of Lagos resident convenient.

I will recommend implementing property zoning and building code to separate commercial zone from residential zones. People can not be operating businesses in residential zones as it’s disturbs the peace of the community.

Lagos state government will also set standards for commercial properties and will recommend the builders you must use to build your commercial properties to code.
