I applied for passport delivery. You think they will deliver in that 3 weeks time frame. Is there any line to call for follow up if it starts exceeding 4 weeks? Did my capturing on 4th of this month. Thank you.

I got my new passport exactly 3 weeks (plus a few days for safety) after my application process here. Smooth process, spent less than 8 mins at the collection area. This is good news, that we can have a fast and streamlined processes without relying on expensive facilitation fees paid to officials (the passport fee alone dey choke 🫠).

The main pain point where I think can be improved is the part were we need to upload a picture of ourselves. We don't end up using those pictures on our passports anyway as we'd be captured separately so it just seems like a waste of time having to go through all that complication. If it is just for verification, fintech apps can verify selfies against your recorded govt. IDs. Maybe that could be an option. Just my two cents for any official who may be reading this.

Just seeing this, but why advise your sister to leave bank for KPMG, overwork with less money compared to bank, less marketability of profile to. You know there are only 4 big 4s and there are many banks and their offer far outweighs accounting and audit firms.

My sister is 26 years and a graduate of Statistics from a federal university in the South East. There is an issue, more like a blessing. She had been writing aptitude tests since and failing but something remarkable is happening this year. She has been passing all the graduate trainee tests and interviews this year. She is at the final stage of Cerdar group, Stanbic, Meristem and Oilserv graduate trainee program. Just waiting for offer letters. She got an offer into Wema bank graduate trainee but rejected it because of 2 years bond. She is currently in Gt Bank graduate training school.


The issue is that KPMG just invited her for their test which is physical on Saturday. The Gt bank program runs from Monday-Saturday. I have been trying so hard to convince her to take take permission from the tutors at Gtb and go to write the KPMG test. She refused that she does not like Accounting as she read Statistics but she was open to it before this year and had been writing tests of different audit firms. I prefer KPMG to Stanbic and GT and want her to give it a shot.

She is 26 and this is her last chance at any graduate trainee program. Please what do you guys think? She is confused too.

Which among the above listed is the better choice for a graduate of statistics and is the KPMG test worth taking the risk. Please I need opinions from Nairalanders as I told her to allow me take my time to think about it.

I wish they could scrap this agent whatever or regulate their prices on this Lagos. I got a package online and when I called the agent, he said it the actual agent fee had increased by 50k but it's another agent that has the contact and when I called that agent, he added another 30k, making 80k saying it's a long chain agency and I would need to call that agent before I get the real owner of the place. Useless bunch of lazy fools.

I was told by Exam Dept that the five-year rule applies from the day one gets first credit in the five (5) paper at professional level. Papers at Skills will not be part of this.

Please how much is annual subscription fee? For professional level exam

After exam registration and payment of subscription, is anything supposed to change when you check your exam and financial status, because when I open mine ,they still show me payment I'm supposed to make but I've done all that
