Naanlong01:Hey Naanlong01! That's cool. The price depends on how soon you apply to the time you intend to travel. It's best to book 2 weeks ahead as you'd get the lowest prices unlike when it's some days before your flight when it gets pretty more expensive. Generally, weekend flights are more expensive. So if you want to save some cost it's vest you book day from mon-Fri. For the site? please google "Arik air". Document? A valid means of identification is required preferably a national I'd card, voters card or an international passport. If you're a Corper you could also use your NYSC ID. I hope I could help. |
Lalasticlala how was your first flight experience? ![]() |
Boarding a plane for the first time Then the boarding process started and it all felt surreal. So I finally boarded the plane, initially I didn't know how the whole sitting arrangement thing works(Your sit no is already on your ticket). Lol! I must have looked really nervous. I guess it's not so hard figuring out first-time fliers, I could pick out one or two first-time fliers on my consequent trips. hehehehe! The take off experience This for me is arguably the best part of any first-timer's flying experience. We were told repeatedly by the captain to fasten our seat belt in preparation to take off. He introduced himself and the flight crew; informed us of the weather conditions and our landing time at Lagos. The air host and hostesses were all polite, corteous and neatly dressed. Now, the airplane began to taxi on the runway, made some turns before it began to go very fast in readiness to take off. At a very fast speed the plane began to taxi and less than 2 mins we were off the ground! So yeah! now I could relate with how them witches and wizards feel anytime they 'fly' lmaooo.. Felt like rapture! we kept ascending till we reached a point we were stable. Your guess is probably as good as mine. I was awake all through. The man beside me slept off already at take off. Lmaoo! that's how you know old time flyers-calmness. We were served refreshment during the flight and in less than 1hr 15 mins we were ready to land, I should say via road it's 19hrs to Lagos from Jos. I guess that would help you appreciate the flight duration. Landing was not as thrilling as taking off for me. We touched down safely ans really I was not at any point scared all through. It all seemed adventurous for me. What was your first flight experience like? share in the comment section below. Visit: https://babstours..com/2019/01/my-first-flight-experience-onboard.html?m=1 |

I flew from Jos to Lagos on an Arik flight. To be honest, when I slept the last night I had no intention of travelling the next day but then it's me so........expect the unexpected...lol I woke up the next day and was quite determined to be in Lagos that same day. With no previous flight experience because really I've not been so far away from home before. All my life had been in the west till this point where I had to answer the clarion call to serve the fatherland. Yeah! so I needed to be in Lagos that day. Why? you'd ask, an emergency? Nothing really....lmao. I was just tired of staying in Jos for over 5 months without being home. Well, so finally I booked online, I think my flight was slated for 2/3pm, well I read all the instructions on the e-ticket because really I had no idea what I was getting into. So yeah, they said checking in starts 2hrs to the flight time and you could miss your flight once checking is over. Me! miss my flight??!!!! lai lai. Checking in for my flight I was there by 12 noon. Did the whole security check thing with FAAN personnel-metal detector. I was suprised tho when I asked to pull of my shoes. In my mind i was like seriously! you guys, is this that serious??!! hahahahaha Still reading? Don't give up on me yet ![]() Well, I checked in, no problems, all smooth. Sat down at the waiting area of the Yakubu Gowon Airport Jos, Plateau State. Finally our plane arrived and I could feel that adrenalin rush. [You see, one thing I've learnt to always do is self-evaluation at critical stages of life. When you evaluate your experience then you can draw lessons and take a look at the mistakes you made and be sure not to repeat them. Now, relationships....... I know I'm treading murky waters, but really the realization hit me yesterday; what did I really learn from my past relationship? I began to take a journey down memory lane and started making mental notes and I realised a few things. This could help someone, here we go: 1)Don't build your life around someone, that because of that one person you have issues with all your friends 2)Beware of a guy/lady who can't make decisions themselves and are being told what to do by a "mentor", "spiritual father" or maybe even a "friend" they are not matured enough for a relationship.relationship. 3)Family first always, anyone can leave you but family would never leave you. All that money you're spending on her or him doesn't gurantee anything. 4)Always trust your instincts, don't ignore red flags. Observe 5)Don't do what you're supposed to be doing for a wife to a girlfriend and vice versa. Always have limits and principles. It will save you lots of regrets These are the few I could remember. Share yours let's learn one or two things from each other tonight. |

Lol! Some of the things we noticed were little children quarry rocks. Child abuse! They looked quite unkempt. Another point of note is the green vegetation despite the rains have ceased. The plants have found a way to adapt to the climate. Well, Happiness and Mary had to stop at a point they couldn't proceed further. Hahaha scaredy cat! Sinmi too stopped at some point. However I and Halima proceeded further. We did want to climb the highest point but without the right gear would have been an extreme sport. We all came to where Happiness and Mary had stopped and had some refreshment and something to eat. |
Location: Shere Hills, Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. A story of 5 adventure seekers In commeration of our passing out from NYSC; I, Happiness, Sinmi, Halima, and Mary set out to go hiking at Shere Hills, we had no idea we were going to have the time of our lives. We gathered at British-American Junction by 2pm, it initially was supposed to be 1pm but you know ladies and time-Make-up...lmaaooo Now, no other person had been there except Halima, we had to wait for her she was our GPS. Halima arrived and we were good to go.(Halima had been to "camp" a few meters from the hills) We boarded a tricycle to Lamingo, then took motorcycles to the base of the hills. Finally we arrived. By the way, Happiness was checking Google Map all through to ensure we don't get missing. Lol! And our adventure began! The first thing I noticed and told the guys was how much revenue potential the hills has through tourism and how the government is short-sighted enough not to see this. If proprely harnessed could be a major source of revenue for the state. Alas! What did we see??! There was no defined entry point, the site is just opened to the public. The worse? the sight of land mining companies at the base of the hills, large rock blasting equipments and earth moving vehicles. What an eye sore! Environmentalk degredation at its best! Arrggh! I was miffed! Well we moved on and the sight of the highest point of the hills greeted us from a distance. I should also add Shere hills is the third highest point in Nigeria after Chappal Waddi on the Mambilla Plateau and Mount Dimlang (Vogel peak) on the Shebshi Mountains( Wikipedia-Shere Hills) Source: http://babsmusing..com/2018/12/precious-moments5-trip-to-shere-hills.html?m=1 |

ImaIma1: Great! Cool. You see what i noticed from all you mentioned most are intangible. This means a lady needs to spend time developing herself. Also from your answer i can sense you're an adult or at least reason like one. The thing is all you mentioned are good but the problem is how many young ladies spend time to develop themselves to offer ththis things today? This is why many of them think sex is a bargaining chip. Thanks for your response. Have a good day. |
ImaIma1:And what will the lady be giving? Please don't mention sex because: 1) Not all guys ask for sex ( I'm one) 2)Sex is enjoyed by both male and female. Kindly answer thank you |
lovethchioma:From the way you relayed your reply. I'm quite sure you're learned. I only asked a question, i didn't seek for relationship advice. I'll advice you stop making personal claims on pple you don't know. You definitely do not know me or what i do or don't do. There's no where i mentioned that a guy shouldn't give his lady or vice versa. I only asked a simple question, yet y'all seek equality. But it always has to be about what the lady gets. She never gives anything. But it's okay, i can see the mentality of most Nigerian ladies. It's alright, you gave me something else to look out for when having to relate with y'all. Flourish! |
Michellla:Obvious signs? I thought ladies said they mean yes when they say no? Besides why do you have to give signs why not just tell them you're not interested? Isn't dead and dumb who gives signs? This is why i like relating with older ladies. Be giving sign there oo. I wonder if you're a traffic warden. |

I'll be back to comment. This is good for FP |
jannyblue:Did you give him anything likewise? Please don't mention sex. Thank you |
lovethchioma:And what will the lady be giving? Please don't mention sex because: 1) Not all guys ask for sex ( I'm one) 2)Sex is enjoyed by both male and female. So please answer my question. Thanks you |
