Sometimes these mechanics use the wrong ATF . I had a 2008 Avalon running smooth as silk till mech told me.gear oil dirty .. paid and he drained and filled "the oil" back .. car ran smoothly no issue ABI ? Fast forward two weeks I was coming back from Abuja gear box packed up . That's when I learnt my first lesson in ATF. The mech used dexron 3 oil instead of W/S . Boldly written on the gear box dip stick is W/S ONLY ... to cut the long story short I Bought another tranny ... but the car was never the same again . Infact bought two trannys first one did this 10 pin thing with two brain boxes etc .. the car shifted very awkwardly .. zero performance... Bought the correct tranny again and poof it just didn't feel right .. sold the car for almost scrap . I believe using the right oil is very key and once your transmission goes kaput !! Just buy another car if you can . The stress of repairs just ain't worth it .

I’m guessing you have piles so I’ll be very direct with you , I suffered this for more than 8 years taking everything prescribed except maybe horse shit!! What I’ve come to realize is that most of these herbs work as pain killers and they do not solve the problem .

I doubt if you took as much herbs as I did .. took energy 2000 till it became Eroxil 2000, kolaq herbs, Mallam herbs for piles, the ones that look like charcoal that you pour in hot drinks , the ones you pour on stool before you flush, the ones you mix with efirin , the ones u chew with bitter leaf , the one u mix with ... Infact don't let me continue . My brother go to the hospital and get a proper diagnosis don't let fear stop you from a healthy life . I've been there so I know how painful it can be .

So sorry to hear about your pile. I've walked in those shoes and I know how painful it can be . I managed piles with items ranging from anusol to agbo Jedi of various species . I kept passing blood with stool for over 7 years till one day I could barely sit down . Kept taking ibuprofen for the pain cos all I heard about the surgery was scary .
So let me be straight with you , the best thing you can do is get a surgery . By the time I got to the hospital and got an anal scan a tube like camera inserted into the anus . The scan revealed I have an anal fissure . To cut the long story short I had the surgery 8 years ago and I'm very very fine .
I won't lie that it's painless but it's surely worth the relief after the pain. After the surgery you have to do sitz bath and take pain relievers in 2 weeks you would have healed . One lesson I took from the surgery is that the anus is very very important . Lolll . Every breath ,sneeze,cough,laugh etc radiates to that region . Please go for the surgery and get relief that pile could be anal fissure get medical help fast . I wish you all the best

PRESS RELEASE

The Executive Governor of Plateau State has expressed great dismay and shock at the sudden build up of tension in Jos Metropolis on account of the conduct of some disgruntled elements, who have decided to throw the metropolis into confusion on account of their negative reaction to the agitations of Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) in the South East.

Consequently, the Governor has directed an immediate imposition of curfew from dusk to dawn (6pm – 6am) within the Greater Jos – Bukuru Metropolis, until further notice. The deployment of security personnel to all flash points within the metropolis has also been directed to ensure compliance with the curfew order and to avert any further breach of law and order.

The Governor wishes to assure all citizens that the security and welfare as the primary concern of Government is assured by the Rescue Administration. He is therefore enjoining all citizens to go about their business with the assurance that their safety is guaranteed. He further appealed to all religious and community leaders, neighbourhood vigilantes as well as all law abiding citizens to ensure nobody is allowed to take advantage of this unfortunate situation to engage in criminality.

The Governor wishes to restate that Plateau State remains home to all citizens of Nigeria irrespective of religion, ethnic extraction or political persuasion.  He therefore enjoins all peace loving citizens to ensure that nothing is allowed to upset the hard earned peace in the State.
