Will someone kindly lead these guys to Sambo's house? holatin:...And this is where the problem lies... Islam permits Killing with reason. And that clause, is as vague as any interpretation you give to it. That statement is a loophole in the doctrine of Islam, and 98% of terrorists all over the world are taking full advantage of it. Christians are not any better; only they are less violent in their disposition. Their own is about enriching pockets falsely and forcefully. Religion has fuuucked humanity's brain! |
Anyone who thinks PDP as a party had no hand in Fayose's advert needs a rethink. That message is the party's position; they only needed a safe vehicle to drive the message with. Fayose is standing no election anytime soon; so he was contacted and believe me, the chap got plentifully rewarded for yielding the clarion call. Like any news in Nigeria, the lifespan is only 72 hours. One bomb blast somewhere and Fayose becomes a lesser selling story for the media. Whether we like it or love it, Fayose will be a distinguished senator in 2019. Aren't we those people with short memories? He comes to take beer in our neighborhood, buys roasted corn from our mum's friend, and he's gets our priceless mandate... yet again. Our suffering just start |

jacksparrow1207:Olodo. You download dictionary on your phone because you saw awoof wiFi. Whereas, you don't know what it is used for. |
jacksparrow1207:Are you kidding me? So you don't know the word "import" could mean "A meaning that is not expressly stated but can be inferred?" This Patience Jonathan syndrome has eaten into us too deeply. |
2015 was settled from the foundation of Nigeria. I am privy to the British archives.... In December 1913, while in a helicopter, hovering over the large expanse of land he was trying to amalgamate, Lord Lugard said to his girlfriend: "Florrie, not even Sambo will vote for Jonathan in 2015." Florence nodded and said quite respectfully: "I will make you egusi soup this night for that excellent prediction, my lord." They both laughed, raised their glasses and shouted: "Sai Buhari" |

A drowning man will grasp even a cobweb for survival. Even the man, himself, knows Nigeria deserves better than he has the capability to offer. But there is just this thing about power... you get apprehensive about the thought of letting go. So many "what if's" flash themselves at you. He wants to help, he just doesn't know how to. I think that is what I won't be surprised if the President does not know Abuja is not one of Nigeria's 36 states. |
saintandsinnerz:in fact, I ignored him before opening the thread. Worse is that he's got readymade excuse as to why he writes like someone with a pistol to his head: Oh, my android keypad. I was in a hurry. I write well, but you know, this is social media. And several other craps... Grow boy. |
I was about 15 minutes away from the day's job, I was going to pull off my boot, walk in slip-on to the factory floor to check on the plasma cutting lads. I unlaced but just couldn't find my slip's other pair, so I dragged myself down boot on. I came back up after inspection only to feel I had a stone locked in my boot ridge. All attempt to force it out by grinding it against the floor didn't work. And finally I took off my boot, looked under, only to find a molten metal had melted the sole and dug a hole 6mm dip. Thanks to my boot. 1500 deg celcius metal would have eaten up my sole. I would later find my slip on behind my shelf almost immediately after.

Hi mates, Safety first - we know too well, yet accidents still happen (or almost do). Let's share those near-misses at our stations. What protective gear broke the accident chain for you? What are the lessons learnt? And do advise us all. NB: Pictures may not be bad, but uphold your secrecy oath to your employer (if you signed any) as best as you can. |
Hi Slim, I have hands-on experience in the design and manufacture of armoured vehicles (combatant and non-combatant). I hear several armouring companies are springing up in the Emirate, please confirm (if you can). And how best is it to get my resume acrosss to a few? |

Good day to you Seniors, I have a first degree in Chemical engineering but currently work as a Mechanical engineer in the automobile industry. I am liking my job and don't mind a career therein. My fear, however, is academic progression. Will I ever be admitted to pursue a second degree in Mechanical engineering? UNILAG comes first to my mind. If I don't get to be admitted, then will a much prolong stay on my present job and a "mismatched" academic qualification not pose an hindrance to career progression (job change) as I move on? |
CaptJHMiller: I am worse?I'm tempted to ask: How old are you? You may choose not to answer, though. |
I see people seriously immersed in their jottings while Pastor preaches in Church. It's like the in-thing. Anyone not scribbling stuffs during service looks unserious, so I have learned to do so too but never do I go back to my jottings during the week. Do you? Does anyone? |
This is what that guy called "no-worthy-to-share" info. Read from bottom up please. Hi, thanks for the hints. Were you allowed calculator and the duration as well as how many questions please.I guess what would have been good enough hint according to him was: The answers to questions 1 to 6 are D-A-B-C-A-A. |
CaptJHMiller: Have I written the test? How can I share what I don't know? You vexed over my approach, I get it. Doesn't mean you should come here and say such. That's why you ignoring my mails.I see. Everybody, please wait a moment, I will paste a copy of our email correspondence in my next post. Then you can tell whether this young man is truly what I called him. I will apologize to him if many of you think I was wrong. |
CaptJHMiller: Why this thread dry like this?I am sorry but you come across like a bad fellow. Given the much I shared wuth you via email, nobody on this thread likely has the information you do as far as the forthcoming test is concerned, yet you come here not to share a bit of those but to cry about the thread being dry. I sensed that trait from afar, and I pointed it out to you in my second email, remember? |
