I've been trying hard to gym this days and it has been hard for me to do more than 5 push-ups at a time. Well, I got high today after some puffs then I thought about doing push-ups.
Omoh I did more than 20 at first, I was scared that my muscle will tear, I almost started crying. So I stood up out of fear and sat down gently. I went back and did 10 without getting tired so I left again out of fear.
