That is a sign of early preg craving. Trust me it can be maddening. That is the only sane reason.
Crime / Re: Personal Assistant Dupes And Abducts Boss’ Son For Two Years by Oriaku96: 3:11pm On Jun 26, 2015
Some people are not qualified to be parents of this "Nolywood" kind of story is true. They cannot even follow their son to the Airport to 'escort' him. This is not true.
Crime / Re: Kano Sharia Court Sentences 8 To Death For Blasphemy by Oriaku96: 9:58pm On Jun 25, 2015
To the person above me, grace supersedes law. This was given when Israelites were living under the law, Christ abolished it. It remains in the bible like many other laws like it to show and remind us what Christ did for us. Now we are no longer under the bondage of law. Hope you understand. Peace.

Politics / Re: Jega Tells Other African Nations To Use Nigeria's Model by Oriaku96: 1:46am On Jun 25, 2015
They should use it in Zimbabwe, Burundi, Gambia? Does it matter the system they use, majority of African Presidents are hoping to convert their seats to everlasting throne.

Please don't blame Tinubu, blame the nPDP. Tinubu has never hidden the fact that he rule autocratically. He was reported to have told Fashola that if it is not selection process he will never smell governorship to shut him up when he wanted to 'grow wings'. nPDP knew this but in their desperation to achieve their political ambition, they decided to join their faction with him. You do not change a winning formula. This formula has been working for him, the nPDP should have gathered their ragtags of mercenary politicians and form their own party then they can do as they like. I am patiently and Prayerfully waiting for a Nigeria Charles Taylor Revolution or when my in-laws would be bold enough to actualize Ojukwu's dream and the way oil is going they may be able to achieve it peacefully. This contraption of the QUEEN is long overdue and has outlived its usefulness. Each region, may be with the exception of ND has benefited immensely. Poor PMB, the vampires that were sucking GEJ are not full yet. God will keep you for your children,GEJ I hope you are enjoying your rest, you deserve it. as for Nigeria well I don't know. Peace.
Politics / Re: Govs Ask Buhari To Share $1.6bn From NLNG Tax by Oriaku96: 6:42pm On Jun 23, 2015
“Instead of NLNG paying $1.6 billion to the federal government, we requested that it be paid to the federation account so that it could be shared amongst the three tiers of government, so that we can also get money to do one or two things,” Abdulazeez Yari, governor of Zamfara state and chairman of the Nigerian governors forum, said at the end of a meeting with Buhari on Tuesday.

Please what are the one or two things? Are they like: Sending 20% to your off shore account, get the latest car, do wedding for your daughters or to pay salary that you have collected allocation for previously.

Politics / Re: Why I Stopped Issuance Of Gifts During Ramadan, Xmas – El-rufa’i ( Vanguard) by Oriaku96: 6:35pm On Jun 23, 2015
This make sense, you will not see any of the Talakawa complaining to the media house because they dont have access to such. Any other group of people complaining definitely dont need to be fed by the government. If you are rich enough to access internet to post on Naira land you are definitely not in need of El rufai's mudu of millet and sugar.

Politics / Re: I Inherited A Shameful Nigeria - Buhari by Oriaku96: 12:34am On Jun 23, 2015
PMB supporters should know that it is not a contest between him and GEJ. Personally I am not a fan of either but anybody that can help this country to attain her greatness would be my hero. But I am not sure PMB is the man now. There are so many other variables at play that the methods he and Idiagbon used during their time that won him the reputation of a hard core disciplinarian will not work now. If he is my father I will discourage him not to try to take on this Nigeria now. Not all that are criticizing him are GEJ friends so leave GEJ alone. The man is far better as a person than all our previous presidents. He is not more naïve in governance than Shagari and Yaaradua, neither more corrupt than IBB, Abacha and OBJ, he probably achieve better than them as I have never heard Nigeria economy rated as high as it was rated during GEJ rule. Mind you majority of those bashing PMB probably did the same to GEJ. People are just frustrated and expecting changes not what they have been hearing since May 29th. Peace.

[quote author=lexy2014 post=34826359] am not 2 excited with d proposed bills. Apart from d whistle blower bill, d others seem 2do with improving how banking and financial institutions conduct themselves. I don't think these bills can hurt a fly how much more a thieving politician. I was xpecting 2c laws that stipulate stiff penalties 4 corruption. These aren't anti

GOD BLESS YOU. MOST COMMENTER DID NOT READ THE ARTICLE, THERE IS LITTLE TO HURT CORRUPT OFFICERS.
Politics / Re: There's A Limit To What I Can Do At 72 - Buhari by Oriaku96: 7:44pm On Jun 16, 2015
Hope the statement is not true. He talked with sincerity but he ought to have known this. He could then champion the course of somebody that share his view and help him to the position. The challenges facing Nigeria is too big for a man that will battling with the old bones. You need to be alert and be one step ahead of all the shenanigans that go with politics more so Nigeria own if you want to effect changes unless you want to rule like Mugabe and have similar economy like Zimbabwe. It is well.

Not sure the declaration was ever made public. More a gentleman agreement before he was backed by the powers that be.

Same was said about GMB. If he forms nAPC and aligns himself with APGA and PDP, you may see wonders. Political whores 99% of our politicians.

[quote author=PastorJohnny post=34745749]I am deeply aghast at the sight of such a scornful contemptuous worthless work of art of the president. Nigeria is now truly poor of patriotism. Shame!!!!!

Sorry o were you involved in this forum during GEJ or informed about Nigerian politics during yaaradua. GEJ was clueless, shoeless and dullard from Otuoke while Yaaradua was Baba go slow. Just ignore it. Most don't mean it.

[quote author=Horlawale1 post=34745177]Is better to be a snail and deliver than to be a cheetah and fail woefully for 6years. Easy does it.

Yaradua of blessed memory was slow too. I guess Nigeria was great then. Expectation is much my brother or sister. Be a cheeta and deliver is all we are asking. We are hungry. Bless you.

Emekamex:
Last time I checked, most Igbos that journey to other regions do so for business. It is not as if they are being spoon fed by the government there. Everything we own, we worked hard for so stop living in delusion.

And you are paying tax to our state governments in the SW.
