yen yen yen yen yen that bill have been passed in the senate around may/june about six months ago in order alter electoral act by exclusion use of card readers and re arranged electoral pattern like presidency and senate election should not hold in the same day we know the plot already so presidency was smart enough to delay the bill till timeframe of changing electoral act has elapsed. even if buhari finally assent to the bill today it doesnt affect 2019 elections cos we re 3 months to election and it contravenes the electoral act of constitution. the bill is dead on arrival though either ways .presidency has sent the bill back to senate twice for repackaging. until the bill has approval of the presidency it will continue to drag on till leadership of senate will change cos saraki will not reclaim senate president seat next year
