It was NNPC that has been funding the subsidy thats why remit 0 dollars to federation account last quarter of 2022. From january till may 2023 nnpc incurred 2.8trn for subsidy. That's why nnpc gmd told Tinubu FG is owing them 2.8trn.

Do you want Nigerian to continue borrowing to find subsidy that will end up in circulation of entire west African countries or you want FG to use the savings build infrastructures
