I guess you are talking about his former CPC supporters rioting and murdering INEC and NYSC members. In that case my answer is the lack of EVIDENCE and our poor justice system. I don't even believe that buhari would have approved of his supporters doing those things.

But you must remember this, on a crime scene, a Lack of evidence does mean a crime was not committed.
