pyhz: I think ur agent is wrong. U can apply with ur 3 year school transcript.
I did apply to some universities with my 3yrs degree transcript n I was admitted. I entered unilag as a diploma student, so I started from 200l to 400level for my graduate degree.
Get in touch with ur university of choice personally thru email or by calling them directly n make ur enquiry ursef.
Morever, most university base thr admission on ur last 2yrs in school.

Hello Everyone, I have always been interested in M.sc in Canada more reason why i had to read with all i have while at the university and i was able to graduate with a CGPA of 4.02/5.00. Then i was introduced to an Agent for Admission and Visa processing. After choosing a university MUN precisely, and a course of study with high hopes and optimistic spirit of landing in Canada by January 2015, it seems my dreams is about being shattered. Reasons being that, my Agent said it is impossible to secure an admission into any Canadian university because of my Transcript.

I transferred from one state University to a private university where i eventually graduated meaning that my transcript is from 200-400 level. He insisted without transcript from my former school no university in Canada would ever grant me admission or better still my chances of being admitted is 20/80 that i have to go get transcript that was used in admitting me from the state university to the private university where i eventually graduated. And i don't think getting the transcript is ever possible the school and the department are so disorganized that i had to use influence of a staff in the state university to get my transcript sent to the university where i eventually graduated then in fact i happen to be the first student ever that would get transcript successfully from my department and unfortunately the staff is no longer in that state university so i am helpless. I have contacted admission offices of the canadian school of my choice school to seek their official opinion but it seems the admission office don't have the clearance to answer my query but all other issues was attended too except this issue of my chances... they simply ignored the question as regards my admission chances

Please i need help because i wouldn't want to waste my money......cos now i want to sideline the agent. Can my 200l-400l transcript plus my B.sc certificate fetch me admission letter? I am so confused right now . Please house help me I am so worried right now.

Nextworldnx: Modarators please kindly help me put this on frontpage so that i can get help from GLO Management.

For over a month now, i cant make calls from my phone because each time i check my balance, this is the message i recieve from GLO.

“on your main balance you are debtor of 250.00NGN valid untill 27/04/2025“

Originally it was 550.000NGN, it only came down after i complained. And it keeps happening again and again.

I have tried severally to get help from customer care but on all occassions that i have called customer care, all they tell me is that their Engineers are carrying out system maintenance and that they cannot view my line on their system, and as such, they cannot help now but i should call back later.

I know its small money but what if we are over a thousand out there been exploited?

My pain and anger is that i have callled back severally upto “a million times“ yet thesame response. I am tired and exhausted. The only reason i am yet to break this sim card is because i ve been using this line for over 4 years now. Which kain nonsense be dis na??

Maybe i could complain to SON or Servicom for poor service and extortation by GLO towards its customers.

But Since i dont know where else to complain to,thats why i am on nairaland maybe their managers can see this post and do something about my line.

Now i wanna load, but they will deduct the 250 and slam me another debit. What‘s my crime?

pls don't mind this guy, he's one of the people that borrows credit {I think they have plan that allows u borrow credit}. he loaded 1k and he expects them not to remove their money. its better u load and let them remove the remaining 250.00 naira, just clear ur debt. my sis also said ur phone was switched off so she couldn't get across to u. stop coming here to mislead people when u r d architect of ur own problem.

The sim is working with other modems, both airtel modem and other mtn modem. in fact that's what am using right now.
plsss what else can i do. i called customer care, they said i shud take it to the people that fix phone to fix it for me, on getting there, the guy that charged me 500 naira cudnt fix it. the other guy said 1k cos he has to pay online to fix it.. {avnt tried him though} now am with a borrowed modem.

i dnt think am ready to waste my time and resources traveling all the way to Lagos... once i get an invite from any organization, i check google and see if its worth my time and resources, there's nothing like pestle communication on google and moreover even if they r recruiting agency (for mtn or glo or whatever), y r they not on internet? am not trying to discourage anybody, the choice is ours. U have always had a passion for finance since its a key resource in any organisation and and influences managerial decision making and as a testament to ur career switch, u have even registered for Ican and wud pursue an Mba and doctorate degree in dis area as well lol. Make sure there is conviction in ur choice of words. Afterall d present Ican president didn't come from an accounting background.
