But the moment you formatted the phone, you ended up overriding the measures put in place to make you be able to manage that phone.

You can try contacting the administrator and tell them where you got the phone.

Or find someone who can flash it sameway like last time

Can you help me flash it same way. Please your location and contacts? Because like this the details they put on the phone screen to contact as IT admin is not going through...

I bought it new & directly from a phone store in a former location and not easy buy. Although I have used it since I bought it during the COVID-19 era in 2020. This problem just started when I decided to format the phone to free the internal memory space and since then it develop this software issues. More tech experts knowledge will be highly appreciated.
