Jolar101:He does not know my brother! He thought he is speaking from his bedroom or parlour. |
If this man eventually resigns,IPOD will shield their sword and the country will be in peace! what about that? |
The National Road Fund and the National Road Authority are they synonymous or conglomerates? I Think the right thing to be done should be passing the National Road Authority (NRA) bill into law as obtained in other part of the world. If Ghana should have Road Authority, what is Nigeria doing? One Minister who is a lawyer will tell you to strengthen FERMA which implies strengthening corruption because he has ulterior motive and do away with National Road Authority. We might not understand the future benefits of the NRA. I know they are enormous at a long run. All the levies aforementioned, all falls under the Road Authority bill . This is not the time you tell Nigerians about superimposed levies rather look for palliatives to cushion the pains in the land. I will suggest the senate to visit National Road Authority bill and incorporate the tolling system, fuel levy and other ancillary levies that constitute the Road fund into the NATIONAL ROAD AUTHORITY and is as simple as ABC and pass it into law in earnest for the good of the Country's Highways to eliminate funding bottle necks of these Road Assets. Mr. Senate President, Sen. Dr. BuKola Saraki, Pls ask the sponsor of the Bill, National Road Authority Sen. Kabiru Gaya to revisit the bill during one of the plenary session for onward passage. we Nigerians are yearning for this bill to be passed. Thank you as you do! |
My former governor, pls come out and embrace God tightly and you will win. Make Fayose your vice and you are there. Donald Duke the next president of Nigeria. I know you will turn Nigeria to London because you are a man of vision. We will support you immensely! |
Nigeria shame! 32 and 38 years old ruling nations of the world. Nigeria youths should not make silly mistake in 2019 elections by voting an old man into power. Those countries that elected young men in the helm of affairs that drives their policies never failed and Nigeria would not be an exception.Pls, let's try a youth this time and if a youth eventually fails then our fate would be in the hands of the 90 years old. |
I think the Gov. would have invited the chaplain for questioning before drawing hasty and nasty conclusion. Nawadays people play too much with men of God. The wrath of God is awaiting a lot of them. |
Who will bring to an end the power crises looming the nation and declare state of emergency in power as they declare state of emergency in insurgency or crises proned areas? Even Fashola does not know what to do, having lumped three technical Extra Ministerial Agencies that is the hope of common man to a lawyer who does not know what a BILL OF ENGINEERING MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION (BEME) is all about. However, if senate does not know what to do, they should all resign and lets close the bi- cameral chambers and bring in NATIONAL CONFERENCE THAT WILL BE MEETING ONCE A MONTH. GOSH!!!!NIGERIA IN SERIOUS JEOPARDY! GOD HELP US. |
Fantastic and commendable...God bless you there! |
Garba Shehu was chewing goro or kolanut when he made this comment. Don't take it too serious abeg Nairalanders. He's a day dreamer! |
The budget was rebased and reviewed by Nass with an incremental value of 42billion to cover girl friends expenditures or allowances. Anyway, if prof is sure of the additional amount, he should expeditiously sign the budget without minding reactions and detractors around. When 2016 fiscal year came on board, was the 6.07 trillion budget implemented to its full capacity? It is not a function of huge budget predicated on the indexes of oil price regime but the realization of the set goals and targets accomplishments that makes the legality of a budget. The inability to sign this budget on time portend danger and the result of it give rise to recession. |
Nkem4040:Engineering is not Beans, you must be naturally brilliant to do it. |
Politicians are grooming their wards to takeover the affairs of this country. Two days ago it was the daughter of the Gov. Of Anambra state, Willie Obiano who graduated abroad and today the son to the Gov of Imo state. That is the reason why we have so much decadence in the educational sector in Nigeria because our leaders are sending their children abroad to study at the detriment of the poor masses. When teachers or lecturers wants to embark on strike it perturbs them not knowing too well that non of their children are here in Nigeria schooling. May God help us! |
God please help our nation and let our leaders think aright. We have been messed up over time due to insincerity and focus. Lies always prevail over truth and passing votes to those who knows they have failed woefully. Can we continue like this? Where are the youths with dignity and conscious devoid of hate and acrimony who will steer the state of this country and dish out sanctity, probity and direction? We will surely overcome someday. It will get better one day! So help us God! |
