The PG form for 2016/2017 academic session has closed,English proficiency test has been conducted and the results r out. I think the business school form is still on but you can call the PG officer 0909 056 1426 for inquiries.

The movie was cool altho I wasn't brought to tears. The last romantic drama dat kind of made me deeply moved for d film characters was AGE OF ADALINE 2015. Also a movie like EYE IN THE SKY did brilliantly too. Although these movies weren't hyped up like other blockbusters they did very well.

Go to www.cic.gc.ca select "immigration and citizenship" from their proceed to "My Application"select "Check your application status"‎,the page takes you to anoda page where you will b asked "What did you apply for" u select "Study permit" from the box and proceed another page where you asked to sign into your online or link your application, from their you sign in with a GCkey(if you already have an online acccount) if nt u will need to open. When linking your application you will b asked to put details such as Date of birth,passport details, UCI number,start date of program and end date.When fill the space it should be noted that you put just your UCI number,date of birth and given names. Since your application is a new one, you don't need to fill any application number in the space while filling it to avoid it been linked with your old application .I hope simple enough.‎

A friend that was denied earlier and has submitted his second application tried linking it. But it got linked to the first application because the application number on it was for the old one. I want to link mine too, since I had a refusal in my first application how do I link it and it won't happen like that.

A friend used uba with his gtb card registered to his uba, he was charged 19 to 1, a day later, gtb sent him a mail and reversed the transaction that they used the wrong exchange rate and now charged him @ 25.9 to a rand. Another person paid at Mug and Bean, with his ecobank atm he was charged 26.3 to a rand.
Someone else used her zenith Atm in New york, she was charged 295 to a dollar (this was 3 weeks ago)

But when you look at the exchange rate via google you will see 196 to $1 or 12.3 to R1. So bro find another means mehn. You can talk to aboki's to do a transfer for u

No,they were nt....bt the irony is that I was even trying to get a SA visit visa to build my travel history.....I felt mayb it was d Canada visa label @ the back cover of the passport that influence the visa officer decision cuz non-convincing sounds strange.

Were your applications to the Canadian high commission and the TS embassy successful? I dont see why a tourist visa to RSA should be hard. Am suspecting that your lack of travel history influenced their decision to deny your application with the "non-convincing" clause. May be you should consider building your travel history with countris like GHana, Senegal or Dubai then give SA another try.

it is getting harder and harder to get into SA now just by using hotel booking, hence, it is better for anyone coming via hotel booking to get someone in SA to book and pay for the hotel, get you a receipt of payment plus if he uses a card (credit or debit) to pay the pos receipt too should be added. if the resident of SA that got you the hotel booking is scanning these receipts to you, then he/she should certify it from a police station before scanning.
I do this a lot for relatives that visit. Also get an itinerary of what you intend to do in SA and attach it. buy tickets of tour buses or tour guides attach them to your application. if really you any one is coming as a tourist they want to see all these.
If you are just visiting, then get someone in SA with a legal immigration status to invite you

My visitor visa was denied...I submitted on the 5th Feb,got d UPS dispatch dis morning.
The refusal note states"Document not convincing"
I submitted the following documents;
Yellow Card
Personal Statement of Acc of 900k
Intro letter from work
Letter of intent
Paid Hotel reservation
Booked flight with SAA
Photocopy of Work ID
My payslip from work.
Please house,am i missing any other tin or how does one convince the visa officer abt purpose of visit.
I have attached the refusal letter,ur advice and responses will b appreciated.

I went there today and they said their database crashed and they don't have backup so they are still looking for a way around the problem.
