Hi everyone...Please someone who applied through paper means should assist... There's this form (IMM5832E) that has two questionnaires.How did you fill it. I can't seem to be able to fill it on the system....like it can't be typed on like the other forms.

"Study Permit, Lagos visa office instructions" is clearly written on the first page of the 19 page form....Please any quick response will be highly appreciated.

@SeyiMilan..am applying via paper route...i av filled all the forms except for this IMM 5832E dat is confusing dont knw whether to fill by hand or type...it has the student questionaire form in it...pls those who av submitted..i need advice..thanks while awaiting ur responses

Why do u have to pay 4,500 for form and questionnaire though(paper route). what if you filled it already?

Did cic asked you to submit any questionnaire form? The only optional form is schedule 1 for online route if I Am still current . Wonder why u should go to extent of submitting a form they never asked you to submit. Considering the fact that u saw clearly it was developed by an agent. You guys should learn to play by the rule and not appear too desperate or complicate the whole process for your own sake. Reason why there r instructions given to you before uploading your docs. My own opinion anyway.

Thanks @Oseni007.....God bless i'm going for International Biz Mngt .......@hayginsbFX...clocked 25yrs january,studied Agriculture ,its a bit diff but not so much.....my Uncles SOA has a Closing bal of 10M+.......I work in an hospitality industry.....i'm thinking of changing my course to Hospitality and tourism/Human Resources mngt...........

Okay....finally am ready for this.....Been hoping for the medical call, but instead,what i got on the 25th of March wen i tracked my app, was dat it has been Despatched without meds.......i know what dat means,but what i don't understand is why?Atleast, i compiled my doc based on the info i got on here(part4-7)........I'll go get my docs from VFS tomorrow,cos i got a mail today dat its there already.
Will list the reason(s) for the delay tomorrow,God's willing.Cheers

Unilag transcript takes less than a week, I've collected twice. U pay anywhere u reside @d designated bank, u scan ur teller and ur form, send to their mail address and under one week u have ur transcript

Good Morning everyone, I love this thread, a lot of useful info. However, I am just starting my student permit journey. I need info about getting statement of origin for international passport. I was @ the alausa passport office and dey said I need statement of origin (osun). Pls any info, on how I can get it. I will appreciate if any one can assist me asap, I want to go there today again.
