Business / Three Easy Ways To Earn Online Faster by osenzo(m): 12:17pm On Nov 01, 2022
Getting paid online can be very easy if you really put your mind to it

But I have outline these three which is very easy to start right away

1. DROPSHIPPING;
This involves adding extra profit to peoples product and selling it as yours. Shipping & packaging is done by the product owner. You only get paid for the profit margin

2. FREELANCING;
Involves offering digital skills to people who need them and then get paid for it. Skills like graphic design, writing, digital marketing, social media handling, etc

3. AFFILIATE MARKETING;
Involves selling other people product. You get paid an agreed commission when a customer buys.

All that is needed to do these three is a laptop or a mobile phone with an Internet connection. This is why it's simple to start.

With consistency you can achieve more.

HAPPY NEW MONTH

Business / Best Approach To Transistion From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be by osenzo(m): 3:01pm On Sep 15, 2022
1. Understanding the current situation as a phase and not the final destination

I remember when I got my first job. My salary was so small then and so I would always complain almost everyday about it

I didn't know I was just going through a phase. If I had known, I probably would have prepared for life after that work. This is because I later stopped that work and nothing happened

Fast forward to latter times in my life, that mindset changed. I started to understand that things happen in phases and so I went from one phase to another

Understanding my current situation as a phase created the desire I needed to look for the right thing to do that will take me to where I really wanted to be

It helped my mind create mind big pictures of where I wanted to be and that alone brought about desires

I am not there yet, but I am not where I used to be

2. A complete willingness to learn something new

I realised I can't change situation doing the same old things I knew before. So learning something new is key. Things like learning a new business opportunity or how to do business in a different way.

And because to me, what I needed change in was in my finance, I started to look out for beautiful business opportunities specifically online that I could do on the side

3. Understand that there is a price to pay

Learning a new course doesn't not come cheap. Especially the ones that bring about the needed transformation

I once paid big time for a course on Facebook advertising and also how to sell online

There is also a part of implementing. And this comes with patience and consistency before results starts coming in

Business / Having Problem With Sales? Try This Instead by osenzo(m): 6:44pm On Sep 08, 2022
HERE ARE THE THINGS I HAVE COME TO DISCOVER ABOUT SALES

THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS;

1. SALES IS A PROCESS

I have studied how I eventually buy somethings from online or buy anything at all, and I have come to realise that it took quite sometime before I went for the purchase

When I was about to get a good online course, after finding out about it, I had plan for the purchase.

Same thing happened when I wanted to get a new phone or any new gadget

Notice, I didn't make the purchase immediately

2. BUILD SALES FUNNEL

After I had gain "Awareness" of what I wanted to buy, I developed "Interest" in it and with the interest, developed a "Desire" and then, due to the consistent nurturing I got from the course creator, after some time, I took "Action" and purchased the product

This a proper case of a sales funnel simplified, which is as follows;

Awareness> Interest> Desire> Action

3. KLT FACTOR
(Know, Like & Trust)

During the process of nurturing, I went from Knowing the course creator to Liking him and also to Trusting him

This is important because if I don't know, like and trust him, I won't buy

People buy only when they feel like. And this feeling must be based on their own reason. It was the course creators duty to create the right environment for me to feel like buying

4. PROMOTE CONSISTENTLY
If I didn't see the advert for the course, I probably won't have purchased it.

Business / How To Build A Successful Business Online by osenzo(m): 1:19am On May 12, 2022
Building a legitimate business online is not as hard as you had always thought. Take this advice from a guy who has tried so many things online. What I lacked back then was the right information and patience

If you have ever thought of building a profitable business online and making so much money from the comfort of your home while pressing your phone or laptop, with internet connection, then, you are in the right place

But first of all, you need to know this. There are some mindset you need to have about money; and I will show them to you. And they are as follows

1. If you feel you are not making enough money for yourself. You don't have a money problem. What you have is a skill problem. You don't have the required skill that will keep generating you money.

2. You cannot solve your money problem with money. You will keep getting broke this way. A high income skill is what you need. Master Sales & Closing & you will never get broke

I have recently mastered This No-Fail-Proof I am about to share with you that has given me six figures in naira within just two months. And the beauty of it is that anybody can do it.

I have explained it in this link

Politics / OMG!!! Must Read: How IBB, Obasanjo, Abacha, Shared Nigeria’s Oil Wells by osenzo(m): 3:33pm On Apr 29, 2015

Story Highlights

Discretionary allocation of oil blocks.
The oil block national cake sharing fiesta could take twists according to the mood of the Commander-in-chief at the particular time.
The process of sharing Nigeria’s oil block national cake.
Investigations into the activities in this sector are futile.
The regime of President Goodluck is not showing any signs of changing the status quo.
(Nigerian Bulletin)- The process of sharing Nigeria’s oil block national cake is as fraudulent now as when Ibrahim Babangida started the process of discretionary allocation of oil blocks to indigenous firms.

Discretionary allocation of oil blocks entails that a president can reward a mistress who performs wonderfully with an oil block with capacity for cumulative yield of over $20 billion dollars without recourse to any process outside of manhood attachments. Babangida, Abacha, Abdulsalami and Obasanjo awarded discretionary oil blocks to friends, associates, family members, party chieftains, security chiefs and all categories of bootlickers, spokespersons and cult members without any laid down procedures.
The recipients of such oil blocks will get funds from ever willing offshore financiers and partners to graciously settle the benefactors, the awarders, facilitators and the Commander-in-Chief through fronts. These settlements mostly paid into foreign accounts runs into hundreds of millions of dollars according to the potential yield of the block. Sometimes, the awarder (sharer of national cake and direct intermediaries) demand additional stakes in the bidding company. The awarder sends fronts as part of the directorship and management of the bidding firms without leaving a link to them. That is how the oil block national cake is distributed to a few Nigerians.

Signature bonuses which are paid when an investor successfully bids, wins and signs agreement with the petroleum ministry, running into tens of millions and sometimes hundreds of millions of naira ,is often waived off. There is actually no waiver; rather a diversion of what would have been paid to government t coffers is paid into private purse as appreciation gifts. That is why those in the Petroleum Ministry dread retirement as though it signifies going to hell fire. No matter how little your influence, something substantial must enter your hands especially in hard currency. The nation loses billions of dollars in diverted revenue whenever any round of auction occurs.

OML 110 with high yield OBE oil fields was given Cavendish Petroleum owned by Alhaji Mai Daribe, the Borno Patriarch in 1996 by Sanni Abacha. OBE oil field has estimated over 500 million barrels of oil. In layman’s language and using average benchmark of $100 dollars per barrel, translates to $50 billion dollars worth of oil reserve. When you remove the taxes, royalties and sundry duties worth about 60% of the reserve payable over time you get about $20billion dollars worth of oil in the hands of a family.

OPL 246 was awarded to SAPETRO, a company owned by General Theophilus Danjuma, by Sanni Abacha in 1998. Akpo condensate exports about 300,000 barrels of crude daily.

OML 112 and OML 117 were awarded to AMNI International Petroleum Development Company owned by Colonel Sanni Bello in 1999. Sanni Bello is an inlaw to Abdulsalami Abubakar, former Head of State of Nigeria.

OML 115, OLDWOK Field and EBOK field was awarded to Alhaji Mohammed Indimi from Niger State. Indimi is an inlaw to former Military President Ibrahim Babangida.

OML 215 is operated by Nor East Petroleum Limited owned by Alhaji Saleh Mohammed Gambo.

OML 108 is operated by Express Petroleum Company Limited is owned by Alhaji Aminu Dantata.

OML II3 allocated to Yinka Folawiyo Pet Ltd is owned by Alhaji W.I. folawiyo.

ASUOKPU/UMUTU marginal oil fields is operated by Seplat Petroleum. Seplat is owned by Prince Nasiru Ado Bayero, cousin to the Central Bank Governor Lamido Sanusi. This oil field has the capacity of 300,000 barrels of oil daily. This translates to $30million dollars daily at average benchmark of $100 dollars per barrel. Deducting all sundry taxes, royalties etc , this field can yield $12billion dollars daily for the owners.

Intel owned by Atiku, Yarádua and Ado Bayero has substantial stakes in Nigeria’s oil exploration industry both in Nigeria and Principe and Sao Tome.
AMNI owns two oil blocks OML 112 and OML 117 which it runs Afren plc and Vitol has substantial stakes in oil blocks. Afren plc is operating EBOK oil fields in OML 67. Vitol lifts 300,000 barrels of Nigerian oil daily. Rilwanu Lukman, former OPEC Chairman has stakes in all these named three companies.

OPL 245 was awarded to Malabu Oil& Gas Company by Sanni Abacha. Dan Etete, Abacha’s oil minister owns Malabu Oil. In 2000, Vice President Atiku Abubakar convinced Obasanjo to revoke

OPL 245 given to Malabu Oil. Etete had earlier rejected Atiku’s demand for substantial stakes in the high yield OPL 245 and it attracted the venom of Ota Majesty who revoked the licence. However, in 2006, Obasanjo had mercy on Dan Etete and gave him back his oil block worth over $20 billion dollars.

OPL 289 and OPL 233 was awarded during Obasanjo era to Peter Odili fronts, Cleanwater Consortium, consisting of Clenwater Refinery and RivGas Petroleum and Gas Company. Odili’s brother in law, Okey Ezenwa manages the consortium as Vice Chairman.

OPL 286 is managed by Focus Energy in partnership with BG Group, a British oil concern. Andy Uba has stakes in Focus Energy and his modus operandi is such that you can never see his name in any listings yet he controls OPL and OML through proxies.

OPL 291 was awarded to Starcrest Energy Nigeria Limited, owned by Emeka Offor by Obasanjo . Immediately after the award, Starcrest sold the oil block to Addax Petroleum Development Company Limited (ADDAX) Addax paid Sir Emeka Offor a farming fee of $35million dollars and still paid the signature bonus to the government. Emeka Offor still retains stake in ADDAX operations in Nigeria.

Mike Adenuga’s Conoil is the oldest indigenous oil exploration industry in Nigeria. Conoil has six oil blocks and exports above 200,000 barrels of crude daily.
The oil block national cake sharing fiesta could take twists according to the mood of the Commander-in –Chief at the particular time. In 2006, Obasanjo revoked OPL 246 which Abacha gave to Danjuma because he refused to support the tenure elongation bid of the Ota Majesty. In 2000, Obasanjo had earlier revoked OPL 241 given to Dan Etete under the advice Atiku. However, when the Obasanjo-Atiku faceoff started, the Ota Majesty made a u-turn and handed back the oil block to Etete.

During the time of Late President Yarádua , a panel headed by Olusegun Ogunjana was set up to investigate the level of transparency in the award of oil blocks. The panel recommended that 25 oil blocks awarded by the Obasanjo be revoked because the manner they were obtained failed to meet the best practices in the industry. Sadiq Mahmood, permanent secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum endorsed the report to then president with all its recommendations. As a result of the report Yarádua revoked eleven oil blocks.

In April 2011 Mike Adenuga attempted to buy Shell’s OML 30 for $1.2 billion dollars. The Minister for Petroleum and Nigeria’s most powerful woman refused the sale of the OML30 to Adenuga citing national interest. This block was later sold to Heritage Oil for $800 million dollars eleven months later.

This oil block business is so lucrative that Danjuma’s Sapetro divested of its investment in Akpo condensate for $1billion dollars. This business is second to none in Nigeria. That is why any attempt to investigate the activities in this sector will always be futile. The money is so much that they give bribes in millions of dollars. A birthday gift or child naming gift from an oil block owner to a government official could be as paltry as $2million dollars, and if the official’s father died, the condolence gift could reach mere $3 million dollars. When they want to bribe legislators, it is in millions of dollars and any ongoing investigation ends within weeks. They are so confident that with excess money they can buy up Nigeria and they are succeeding. In the name of competitive bidding, which Obasanjo introduced in 2005, Officials bring companies overnight and through processes best described as secretive and voodooist they award blocks to party faithful, fronts and phoney companies.

During the third term agenda, Obasanjo was deceived that the allocation of oil block to party faithfuls is to fund the third term agenda. With the failure of the third term, the beneficiaries went home with their fortunes and thanked God or Allah for buttering their bread. Senator Andy Uba co ordinate the award of the last rounds of oil block by Obasanjo in 2005 and 2007. The then minister of petroleum, Edwin Daukoru was a mere errand boy who took instructions from the presidential aide.

The regime of President Goodluck is not showing any signs of changing the status quo. Controversies have trailed the activities of the Minister of Petroleum and many players in the Industry accuse her of demanding stakes from every oil deal. It is hoped that President Goodluck Jonathan will remember his transformational promise to Nigerians and endeavour to face the hawks in the oil industry. The angst in the air is so much that if this monster of illegal allocation of oil block is not addressed, the much touted revolution could begin all of a sudden and all who condoned this illegality at the expense of hungry Nigerians may have nowhere to hide.

The religious leaders should tell these oil block beneficiaries, awarders, fronts, brokers and all involved in short changing the Nigerian people to find means or returning all these back to the Nigerian people, through massive development projects. The voice of impoverished Nigerians is crying daily and if care is not taken the God who delivered Nigeria from Abacha dark days will visit them with calamities untold. With the rot in this oil block awarding system and other loot all over the Nigerian nation, something worse than revolution may happen

Politics / 17 Factual Reasons Why You Should Vote For Buhari by osenzo(m): 10:45am On Mar 26, 2015
I'm nt exactly so interested in politics, but i find these facts interesting. You can verify them if u still doubt

Before being MILITARY Head of State, Buhari had been Governor of one of the Northern States (under Obasanjo’s Military government) as well as Minister for Petroleum. He later served as Chairman of PTF under Abacha.

Please consider the following unassailable facts:
1. He birthed and supervised the establishment of our existing refineries.

2. There was no religious crisis while he was Head of State. It started under his successor IBB!
3. In his time as Head of State he reduced inflation from 23% to 4%, by fiscal discipline and a homegrown economic team (not achieved under any other era, even military).

4. JJ Rawlings of Ghana took over 2yrs before him, and killed all the corrupt leaders, while Buhari only sentenced the corrupt leaders here to prison.

5. Under his watch as PTF Chairman, what he did in road construction in that short period hasn't been matched by almost 16yrs of the PDP rule.

6. Hospitals and universities around the country never witnessed as much benefits as they got from the PTF from any government after or before his time.

7. Despite serving in senior capacity in the oil sector, first as Minister for Petroleum and then Petroleum Trust Fund, Buhari has no petrol station, much less a rig, refinery or an oil block like so many of our leaders.

8. He could have retired into nauseating opulence like most of his counterparts (IBB or Danjuma or even OBJ) but didn't.

9. Instead of hobnobbing with the high and mighty, he has cast his lot with the ordinary man most of who follow him out of hope and belief in his values.
People who know him have said of him... "All I need from Buhari is his word, I can take it to the bank".

10. He is the only politician in the Country today who fills rallies without renting a crowd.

11. He refused to collect an allowance while serving as Chairman of the PTF because he said since he was already drawing a pension from government, his conscience would not allow him to draw another salary from the purse of the same government.

12. He is the only former head of state that does not own property or land in Abuja .

13. Every attempt to rubbish him through probes in time past eneded up vindicating him!

14. The man who was asked by OBJ to take over the running of PTF before it was scrapped with the aim of probing and indicting Buhari, was the one who ended up being prosecuted for misappropriating $100m of PTF funds! Buhari again, was vindicated

15. He has OPENLY challenged those who accuse him of religious fundamentalism to come out and show proof. No one has till today, taken up the challenge. His personal driver of many years is a Christian from Plateau State!

16. His government initiated the War Against Indiscipline that has made environmental cleanliness, queuing up, not urinating by the roadside etc features of our national life even till today.

17. Buhari draw NGN2.3m monthly instead of NGN23m drawn by other past leaders. He returns his official car every 5yrs to take another one while others keep theirs and collect another

Does it then surprise you why corrupt people would be spreading such heinous rumours about Buhari?
He is a threat to them and they know what he is capable of doing to corruption and corrupt people when he comes into office! So shine your eyes and make the right decision.

If honesty and probity are the things you want for Nigeria, now is the time to choose right.

Sports / I Was Not Sacked, Says Keshi by osenzo(m): 4:08pm On Oct 19, 2014
Stephen Keshi has exclusively
revealed to supersport.com that he
was not sacked as the head coach of
the Super Eagles because he had no
contract with the Nigeria Football
Federation (NFF).
The new NFF board showed Keshi
the exit on Thursday morning as
national team coach, despite his side's 3-1 home win
against Sudan that kept the Super Eagles in the
running to defend their African title.
Keshi divulged to supersport.com in Ilorin that he is
surprised on how the news was disseminated that he
was sacked as the Nigerian manager.
“I am not happy with the way media people are
reporting this to the public, because I don't
understand how you would fire someone that has no
contract.
“My contract expired after the World Cup in Brazil,
and I never made any effort for my contract to be
renewed because of so many issues on the ground.
“I have accepted my fate, and I would move on with
my life, but I want to make it clear that I was never
sacked because I had no contract,” Keshi told
supersport.com
It has been widely reported that Keshi had revealed
that three African countries have showed interest in
him to be their national team coach, but Keshi
revealed that he never said such.
“I have never told anybody that three African
countries are looking for me, and as far as I'm
concerned, no nation has called me for any talk,” he
added to supersport.com.
The Super Eagles must win their next two games
against Congo and South Africa to have any chance of
qualifying for next year's Africa Cup of Nations, and
Keshi believes Nigeria would qualify for the
championship.
“I know Nigeria would qualify for the 2015 Nations
Cup because we have the players that can do the job,
but they need a lot of encouragement and support
from Nigerians and I wish them good luck in their
next two games,” Keshi said to supersport.com in
Ilorin
Keshi has been replaced with Shuaibu Amodu and his
re-appointment comes four years after he was
sacked and stopped from leading the country to the
2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Nigeria have four points after three matches, while
Congo who are the next opponents of the African
champions are second on seven points in Group A of
the Afcon qualification. Group leaders, South Africa,
travel to Nigeria for the final qualifying game on
November 19.
