Good morning people..
The Last Time i Checked My weight was two months back and I Weigh 61kg,i Am Currently 19yrs of age.
i have been working out for the past 3years plus,but with only small or no observable improvement... in those 3years my parents were still alive so food was not an issue!.
but come 2022,my thininess became worsen due to the hardship as both parents are no more.. i barely eat more than once a day(although i just got a little teaching job)..

guys if u see my coller bones.. hmm!

i don dry finish!
now i have come to this opened forum to seek for advice on how to properly improve my physique.

I Have An issue.My NECO RESULT contains my middle name,while my JAMB result and my NIN does not have a middle name.although i want to continue without the middle name.but now my question is will it affect my admission chances?
