ospreywin: CUSTOMIZED NUMBER PLATE/SPY PLATES/DEALER PLATES AND HOW TO GET THEM A Customized number plate is also known as special number plate or personalized number plate, however you wish to call it, it is a type of number plate that is designed according to the specification of a car user. usually not more than 8 characters of letters and numbers, it can be a favorite name,a word, a nickname, a company name, a chieftancy title, a bible verse and chapter e.g psalm191 etc. Any word you can think of! special plates are mostly owned by celebrities, kings, vvip, political figures and military personnel at times, this doesn't mean it is issued to these set of people only, a customized plate can be issued to anyone under the law and it is not as expensive or difficult to acquire as most people think. Some of the advantages of customized are:
*UNIQUENESS: Customized plate number makes your car unique which help in easy identification of vehicle, it is a completely different plate from regular plates that you won't be worried someone else has a similar series of number as your own. example is that of "GGE222AM" AND "KJA222AM", these two numbers has different local government allocation but same series, with customized plate you won't need to worry about this and the uniqueness is a rest of mind.
*RESERVATION: Unlike the regular number plates, once a personalized plate is issued for you, it can not be assigned to any other person again, if you're getting a new car, you can use the plate on the new car as you wish. You can choose to use it on as many car as possible, No one will tell you to get a new one.
*ADVERTISEMENT: A customized plate can serve as a form of a very cheap advertisement avenue for business owners as you can put up your business name on your vehicle plate number, this way you can advertise your business or brand.
*VALUE: Some people don't like the fact that you can tell a car's age by the registration number, with a customized plate you can't determine a car's age or how long it has been registered thereby giving your car a resale value to some extent. A car registered in Lagos with "AA" series(first series of new plate) age can be easily identified as old one unlike the "GS"(current series) which is the most recent series. customized plate will leave no clue about when it was registered, This means that whether your car is a year old or 10 years old no - one will know any different.
*LESS DISTURBANCE ON THE ROAD: With the customized plate, police and other security agencies won’t stop you regularly as they do to other regular plate number owners also Owners of cars with customized plate numbers are deterred from committing crimes because they know that their vehicles will be easily spotted.
*POPULARITY: Celebrities do make use of customized plates to increase their popularity or for anyone who wishes to be popular in a particular area, customized plate gets people attention to your vehicle and as well make you stand out from the rest. Why not consider a personalized plate for your next ride and pull up with a cynosure of all eyes.
These are the advantages of a customized plate, aside from the attention it draws to you from people i personally can't think of any disadvantage of getting a customized plate. The renewal is same as regular plates, you aren't paying any extra fee for it and that makes it a great deal! You can get the customized plate for yourself, your business/brand, even as a gift to someone special to you! Judybash93: You know, sometimes, i get surprised when i see responses like this but you see the conditions of the areas where the fossils are discovered determined weather the remains will entirely decompose or not. So, the fact that you don't believe doesn't mean it can't happen. I'm not disputing what you believe about fossils not decomposing, but that 43 million years is not logical. Our most reliable source of history is our religious books giving us some revelation about those who lived the earth before us, if we calculated it approximately from the time of Noah, I don't think it's upto 10million years. Don't let us speculate about what is possible or not, 43 million years is a big lie. |

What we think we know about our history as humans on this planet is completely wrong. So, those giants are up to 43 million years? 43 million years, logically it's a guess work. It's literally impossible to stumble upon such creature's carcass of about 43 million years without decaying and decomposed to dust. Science is amazing but don't sell lies to us. Those that are trying to convince us that it is possible are not serious. |

LiciaT: Let me use myself as premium example. This is going to be a long read but bear with me. 2019 I rented a room self, wanted to get a smart tv so my friend told to go to Alaba that it’s quite cheap. My ex boyfriend then told me to get it at his friend that sells used affordable TVs, I declined and guilt tripped him so he has no choice than to show his support. Monday morning, we got fuel, we spent 4 hours from magodo phase one to Alaba. See as my mouth was running, trying to convince him that we made the right choice, he was quiet all through. We got there and Igbo boys rushed us, took us to different shops but as a self proclaimed street smart girl I didn’t fall for it.I took the poor boy round Alaba. Finally we settled for one shop boasting of tested TVs. Gave us a sharp tv 55 inches for 40k, said we just need to buy some wires like 5k, cox it was working fine when we saw it, so we paid and he called electrician to make sure he got the original wires and fix it. See me jumping up like a stupid girl thinking I’ve won a jackpot. The electrician tested it and said the board is spoilt that we should return it, we did and the guy gave us another, from board to screen to screws and other stupid things I can’t remember. I got frustrated, went back to the guys place with the tv and was screaming at the top of my lungs and the guy said there’s nothing he can do that he’s given the money to his boss, boss said TVs is luck. woh my poor ex boyfriend was tired and tired of talking, then they asked us to go with the TVs cox it almost 5pm and they are about closing and come back on Monday and bring the tv with us. We went the following Monday and the tv they gave us has a line on the screen that wasn’t there when we tested it. Omo at this point I gave up and had already spent like 60k. I refused to follow him back to Alaba, he had to go with an army guy a friend introduced to him, paid the guy to follow him there. Immediately they saw the army, they were all friendly and told him it hasn’t got to that and asked him to add 20k or 30k to get another that if he had brought police, they wouldn’t even move a muscle. The tv they gave him is too colorful and hurts my eyes but it’s working fine and I dare not complain. See ehn in my entire life, me and Alaba, never again! Would rather buy from street than go there and make a fool of myself. I still remember the knowing looks, catcalls and mockery the traders at Alaba was giving I and my ex then. I got ptsd from that event. Till this day, my ex still laughed at our foolishness and my oversabi attitude. see, forget the TV and alaba, I want to know why you serve your ex breakfast.... Take mic and explain what happen, you can't stop the gist for here now. |
