Religion have played a vital role in country Nigeria which boiled down to Christians who gained admission into tertiary institutions to be forced to dance to tune of a particular school they enrol for.

The issue of religion should be a thing of the mind and not forced to bend rules and dance to it. If an individual is forced to do a thing, such likely will the person fall back to his previous character when he or she gains freedom.


Nigeria Muslim school would make their student obey rules and regulations which is of no crime and still bend them to obey to rules of the land by wearing Hijab in premises, surrounding and school time.

Al-hikmah university is a typical institute which doesn't allow irresponsible students to dress any how into lecture room or at premises of the school.

Al-Hikmah University is an Islamic university located in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. It was founded in 2005 by AbdulRaheem Oladimeji Islamic Foundation AROIF based in Nigeria and World Assembly of Muslim Youths WAMY based in Jeddah.

After so many protests and actions by the Christians body, the students are not allowed to dress inappropriately but to dance to tune and dress code of the institution which have been in place since creation on the school.


The University came into existence via the granting of Operating License to run as a Conventional Private University by the Federal Government of Nigeria License No. 010 on 7 January 2005.

It commenced academic activities during the 2005/2006 academic session with 70 students spread across the three (3) take-off Colleges: Humanities, Management Sciences and Natural Sciences.

While you, just observe every great personalities around you and feel inferior. You never feel good about yourself.You always feel weaker than others. You just feel like isolating from the whole world. This happens due to the following reasons-

Somewhere you know that you lack something but you hardly do anything about it.
You know the truth but still you do nothing to change it.
That truth of yours always makes you feel bad about yourself.
You just feel like going with the flow but somewhere you want to change it. Although you start, you stop continuing the moment you suck.You feel like you are not meant for it and move on.
You have never made it a habit to work hard,take challenges and learn something new. The problem I have seen with most of my peers in college is that they never come out of their comfort zones to learn something new. They believe in going with the flow and do not have the will to learn something. Which means you lack the willingness to learn something new.
You never learnt to face the problem. Our generation has been provided with all the possible facilities that have fulfilled all our needs and wants. We never took the pain to discover something new as everything is available so easily.
You stop and this ill feeling keeps irritating you right from your head to toe.
Its high-time that you start taking actions. Just start working upon what makes you feel inferior.

If you feel like you score average marks,then start studying and score good marks.
If you feel like you study in an average college,make sure you work well in all the spheres which helps you to secure a good job.
If you feel like you cannot afford to buy branded clothes or you cannot pay your own hospital bills or you cannot afford to dine in a decent restaurant, work harder to earn more money and you fulfill all your needs.
If you feel like you don’t work at the right job and you are still miles away from cracking your dream job,work harder than yesterday and gain some more skills necessary to land that dream job. Work upon all those skills and gain knowledge that will make you a potential employee and you stand out of the crowd.
If you feel like you are not confident in speaking a foreign language and that is becoming a hindrance in your success,learn that language and keep learning it.
If you are single and everyone rejects you because you lack some traits,then start working upon some qualities of yours and project yourself as a potential partner. Instead of chasing anyone,work and gain the qualities of a potential partner.(Here, I don’t mean good looks)
If you feel unhealthy and you have a pot belly,then start exercising and eat healthy food. This will increase your inner confidence.
It is also necessary to take challenges and get out of your bed to learn something new. Conquer the new territories.
Think about all the challenges(in terms of your character and personality development) that you had to face previously and ask yourself ,”What did I do to overcome these challenges?” They can be any physical or emotional challenges that you have faced till now.

We all lack the personality we dream for and the personality we want to project to ourselves and to the world.The moment you start capitalizing your insecurities, you will start working upon yourself. Note down all those things that make you feel inferior about yourself and make a list of how to start.

We all feel bad about what we lack and not about what we have.

We all have to settle one day and everyone does that. But you should have thousands of options to live your life.Make sure you do not settle with what life gave you because you never worked upon anything.

Make sure you have a life where you have the opportunity to make or break everything. Please let make healthy contribution so others can learn from it. Hope we can have non bashing free day.

The problem is that most Nigerians here don't make deep research about their intended destinations ( Canada, US & parts of Europe)... Those guys over there live a very private life and not being related to any of them makes it difficult to accept you, of which most have trust issues if you happen to be a person of colour.

Your only hope of acceptance is from the church particularly Pentecostals but you've got to prove yourself worthy of their trust like being very committed or joining any department in the church... Too bad if you ain't a church goer of which most indulge to kill boredom.

School is a very good avenue to showcase yourself and talent of which you've got to be at the top of your game...before they somehow get to accept you and as for marriage, those guys are afraid of anything beginning with M- word.

Truth is many people that moved there are surprised, disappointed and depressed with what the got upon arrival. Weather nkwanu...is discouraging because you can't put up with the snow for too long.

If you're a student try to have a girlfriend particularly blacks that are citizens before you graduate... It will help you to break the barrier easily and don't be greedy because it will kill your chances...and this is my conclusion Canada is better than US..100times and that's if you want peace of mind.
