To confirm this, ask those who shake their legs and bodies often in sleep if they are dreamers. Those ones hardly dream because their bodies are not being paralysed while sleeping. But we dreamers must have such experience, else we may punch our bedmates in sleep anytime we are dreaming of being in a boxing ring and fighting with Mike Tyson.
