This is slightly different. This is because one race sees himself as more superior to the other one. So their is this general feeling of a down grade.
A good way to understand this is when we have two people getting married from different religions. If one religion is more dormant in that particular place and sees the other religion as inferior, inter marriage between those two religions is often met with resistance by people of the dominant superior mindset. Even the person marrying the person coming from the less dominant religion may feel it's just a compromise to satisfy his emotional need.

U are actually out of date on hiv test information.
Actually U are referring to second generation test. Those normally takes that long. Presently we have 3rd generation test with takes 6 weeks to 3 month. 3 months is even being generous. But right now, there are 4th generation hiv test that look for the antibodies and p24 antigens together that are produced during hiv early stage..in fact 4th generation test are considered conclusive after 45 days of testing.


Ps. People with highly compromised immune system or who take immnuo suppressant drug will actually take a longer time to detect hiv infection on like healthy people. This is because the test is not looking for the virus itself but rather, the antibodies produced by the body in response to fight the virus

Using new parts to fix wornout parts of the PH refinery is one of the reasons it never meets the repair completion target. Once they try to power the refinery, another part breaks down.

This is a fallacy of wrong analogy. If U are a process engineer, U won't say this.
The refinery consists of lines (piping) vessels, columns furnace, boilers and so on. These things can last a life time and may not require u to change all of them at a go.
Rotating equipment are mostly pumps, compressor s, turbines, blowers , ID fans. When U maintain these rotating parts, U mostly change the bearings, the motors, the gasket, strainers and probably the probes. They are well built to last a really long time. This is because (especially compressors) they are not built and shelved. You order for them, give the specifications and materials for construction and they build it for you.
Mind you, apart from Dangote refinery, no new refinery has been built for the last 20 years. The old refineries are just maintained.

This trick has been played on someone I know. The buyer sent someone to pick the phone for him. The "someone" presumably came from very far away and was in a rush to collect the phone so he can start his journey back home.

The scammer buyer said he has transferred the money and sent screenshots. I told my friend to go and withdraw from POS and confirm the deposit has actually reflected but it hadn't.

Can you believe both buyer and seller were in a stalemate for over 3 hours at the meetup point? He said she can't leave as he has paid, she said she hasn't seen the deposit in her account and can't drop the phone. He sent another alert saying it's possible the bank has issues and when she sees the extra money, she should refund him.

Too many psychological tricks being played. He expected she would give him the phone so she won't keep him waiting. If not for my insistence she would have dropped that phone.

He eventually left without the phone and upon closer scrutiny of the debit alert he sent, I spotted several typographical errors.

Haba. Fever and fatigue alone? That could be typhoid or malaria or even both.
For HIV acute infection, u will need fever, swollen lymph nodes in the neck or armpit, oral thrush i.e white tongue, headache, sore throat, and persistent stooling with night sweating. Three or four of this symptoms above must occur at the same time and will not respond to treatment such as antibiotics.

Even at that, you could have all these symptoms and still be HIV negative. Only an HIV test can confirm hiv. Now is a good time to go and test since u are like 6 weeks before likely exposure. A negative results now is a strong indication that u are negative.

Besides when did u started having these symptoms. If its after 4 weeks or within 1 week of sex, then it's not Hiv. If u are too scared to take a test, convince the girl to do another test. U can by the finger prick home kit HIV test and do it in your room like a sugar level test. If she is negative still, then know that u can't get Hiv from someone that does not have it.

Abstain or use protection religiously. But a condom too can break.

They replied again that the school where I graduated from is not responding to them.
I've sent them a mail asking what other steps I can take to get the school to respond since they're verifying themselves to ensure there's no foul play in between. They've not replied though.

Wow. It's really getting interesting. Thanks for the update. If it's legit, they won't ask for any other further payment. But once another payment comes in, it's most likely scam
