I requested for Statement of comparability from Enic in UK for all my certificates, including BSc.

I got a mail from them today, requesting that I upload my BSc transcript. They specifically stated that they don't want student's copy.

Please Note; I attended Lasu and Lasu can only send me student's copy of my transcript, so they can't send transcript copies meant for organisations to me.

Which transcript will I submit to ENIC ?

Who has successfully applied for Statement of comparability from Enic using BSc successfully?

Who has booked a flight to the UK through Lufthansa airline from Nigeria?

We currently booked a flight for Grandma to visit the UK from Nigeria through Lufthansa because it was the most affordable at the time and hubby didn't pay for changes to be able to update the ticket or anything else.

Now someone said we must also apply for a transit visa for her as she would not be allowed into Frankfurt in Germany for layover without it.

We have successfully filled the transit Visa application form through the German embassy online, but the problem is we can't book an appointment for her Biometrics on VFS global website.

How do I book appointment for Biometrics for the transit visa application?
Her flight is in December.

Good evening house, please I need your help, advise, suggestions on how to get into a care role/ job here in the UK.

I came into the UK (Birmingham)Oct 2023 through the student dependant visa and I have walked into most care homes around me and also applied through Indeed but unfortunately mail is all I have been getting.
Hence, I got a warehouse job and that's what I have been doing for the past 7 months; we were told at induction that we would get contract with d company after working for 3 months and I have worked very hard in this Warehouse like I have never worked before in my life but this people gave alot of people contract and didn't give me d contract,
I met with the agency recently and asked why my name was not included among those that were given contract and she said it was because I didn't come to work once (of which I called her to inform her that I was feeling dizziness and wouldn't be able to come to work) she also said I came late for 2 minutes a couple of times( that true because I resume 5:45 am on morning shift and the closest bus comes to that area around 5:30am at it earliest and other times 5:35am and I have to trek 19mins to get to work, imagine running every morning shift to meet up with the time and this people can't relate because they don't take a bus.
Almost all the people that came after me have been given contract but they said I should wait for 2 to 3 months again for them to check my clocking in time before they can consider me for contract.

I seriously have been feeling down because of this, probably because I felt I have given my best to these people and they don't appreciate it. Alot of people that are lazy and shy away from work are being given contract and not hardworking ones. It is time I leave the warehouse job for my health.

Please any information on how to successfully switch to care/support roles will be appreciated 👏

Check Qatar airways, my children aged 11years and 6 travelled to the uk unaccompanied through Qatar Airways

Actually, the kids can come in on their own. There is something called ‘unaccompanied minors’

However, you may be able to give a consent for someone to bring them. Long process.

My candid advise: You and your spouse should immediately start working over time shifts in any and every legit job. Get some money then one of you travels to go and bring the kids.

I would have loved to come pick them myself but my Spouse's 1st school fee installment is due by 1st week in February and unfortunately he hasn't got a job yet, talk more of packing extra shifts.

Hello everyone

I need advise from people who has experienced something like this;

My Spouse and I came to the Uk 3 months ago under the student route without our kids (11 & 5 years), we applied for our kids visa in Dec and they have been given. The issue now is how to bring them here as we don't have funds to have one of us travel down to Nigeria to pick them so we are contemplating they follow a family friend that would be coming to the Uk in March. Is this option available and with which airline will you advise?

I hope they won't have any issue at the Point of entry?

Which airline can you recommend that is cheap during this period ?

I had an interview yesterday, Sep 29 and was asked if I have had any visa refusal and I said yes, Canada student visa.

When the interviewer asked me for the reason for my refusal and I could remember two, so I mentioned the two. I couldn't remember the remaining ones, and I didn't mention to the interviewer

Meanwhile, after my VISA refusal, which was Dec 2022, I dint request for GIC notes to know what actually went wrong but I could recall two of the reasons that was sent to my E-mail which I told the interviewer

I hope this will not affect my application? I am super worried.

I escalated it and their feedback was i should wait another 15days, and i do not need to contact them within those 15 days.

Latest day for resumption is 2nd Oct.
I didn't ask that CU chases my visa application on my behalf, i have just been keeping them in the know of any update.

Good evening all. Applied for Visa on August 28th (opted for assisted service and priority) and received empty NSF on August 30th.

There has been silence from their end till Sept 15th when I was sent a mail in the morning for an interview by 2:00pm.
The interviewer did not show up throughout the time set. I received another mail for another interview slated for 19th Sept, I sent a reminder a day before the interview and another one on the day of interview, alas, interviewer didn't show up the second time. At this point I'm tired.
I have not been contacted by them since they didn't show up.

What could be happening How do I resolve this?
School resumes on the 25th Sept.

There's no law about this. Even if it's 6 months you can also renew it but pay a higher fee.

So I presume that you have done your biometrics.

Hello gurus in the house.

I applied for my child's passport when it was three months to expire.
I went for collection today and the message they gave me was " AR - Your Application was rejected proceed to Servicecom unit."

They claimed it's an offence to apply for Passport when the current one has not expired. I insisted that the the passport was three months to expire and so we are not in the wrong here.

Who has experienced this and do I go about it? Please help a worried mother.

You don't have to wait. Go and book appointment with St. Nicholas, if they give you an appointment date that is farther, walk-in to their hospital and pay #15,000 for re-scheduling fee. You may take the test that same day.

Goodmornung duchess and everyone here. Pls I had my tb test screening with IOM early July and I was asked to carryout a sputum test which I did. But I am tired of waiting on them for the 8- 10 weeks duration for my result. And I have gone for another xray with a different private hospital and my xray was normal which was initially abnormal in iom. The thing is am thinking of booking with Q life in other to carry out and another screening but, I don't know if this will be an issue because I personal feel the approved hospitals for uk screening will all be registering on the same site. So I am confused because I don't want them to raise any issue on it. So please duchess wat do u think and also any one that has been through this and scaled through could suggest to me, I mean if you have encountered this personally and scaled through. Please I am open to suggestions because time isnt on my side my course start date is 18th of Sept. I await your response

No. The statement generated from the bank is not stamped. Will they accept it if I go to the bank with the App generated printed statement and have it stamped?

CAS sent me a message that my Bank statement is rejected that bank logo is obscured.

I printed the statement from the bank before scanning it to them.

Can I use a Bank Statement generated from the App for CAS Shield?

Register with St. Nicholas center online. Even if they give you a distance date accept it like that. You should later go to their center and they will reschedule you for a closer date but with extra 15k.

I went to IOM Benin for Tb test, after the X-ray the doctor said he will place me on sputum which result is expected to be out 10 week which is 1st week of September, and my class start by September 13. Trying to book with other clinics center under Uk recommended ones the dates available are august 22 upward.
Now the question is should I wait for that IOM and is it possible the result comes out august ending?
And is it advisable to apply for visa by that September? Because I heard applying for visa late always leads to visa rejection, please how true is this ?

My husband is the MA, we did our TB test on Wednesday at IOM, mine was ok but they said they would have to conduct another test on him (sputum test) because they saw something in his chest. Note: he has never had any symptom of TB. They said the result will be out in 10weeks.

He tried to book appointment with other centers and the closest date he got for St. Nicholas was August 24th, meanwhile the deadline for his school (Ulster) is 18th August. What is the way out?

Should he gate crash the hospital maybe he can get another test done before that date?
Who has a contact at St. Nicholas that can help?
I'm just worried because this Sept is the deadline for bringing dependents.

While uploading documents in my CAS shield, I mistakenly uploaded my husband's (dependent) TB result in place of mine. Can I still delete it and upload my own? I hope this won't affect the collection of my CAS?
