The military are stationed at strategic areas not in election polling units. Driving last night from Aba road to Rumuosi we did not see any Police or Military.

I think Okowa is trying his best, given the fact that his party(PDP) is pulling him back with their "share the money" policy, Okowa could have done better.
My greatest fear for Apc is that if they win Delta state, the state may be an extension of jagabans empire.
PDP still remains the best party for the state.
Did Jagaban empire extend to Edo and IMO states? If Okowa wins and does not up his game, PDP will not find it easy next time.

All this zoning of a thing is the reason why, out leaders dont perform
Zoning actually helps, but for Ibori ~ Oghara will not have been developed as it is now. Visited Agbor about 2 years ago and Okowa was practically digging up the old Benin - Agbor road and building a new expressway. By the time he is finished and an Ijaw man takes over, hopefully massive infrastructural development will reach Burutu, Forcados and other places.

Most south south people are disappointed with GEJ because Otuoke and other south south places have little to show for while he was in power. He was erroneously wasting resources building almajiri schools that are desolate today. See east ~ west road now, totally abandoned and deteriorating.

Nigeria is truly backward...

You can never see the army used like this anywhere else.

The most annoying part is that, its not even on the presidents direct order(although he must have asked them to do whatever his party members ask them to), but an ordinary Minister for Transport. Like the Nigerian Army is being ordered around by a Minister. So shameful?? Where in the world can u see a thing like this?? That a cabinet member can use the Military to do whatever he wants.

Sometimes I am ashamed to be a Nigerian...its like we live in an alternate Universe, where things like this are applauded.

The international community will not see this one now. This will go along way affect the elections. I use myself as an example....prior to the presidential elections, I had resolved to exercise my right to vote but after what happened during the presidential in Rivers State and the huge military presence, coupled with all their actions on arrival to PH, I have decided to sit this one out....not just me, my entire household. And I am sure it is the same thing in most families too. My life is very important to me, I'm not about to waste it cause I want to vote.

So well done to Buhari, whoever is using the Army in Rivers State and also to the Nigerian Army....This is the better NIGERIA we prayed and hoped for.
Please go out and vote if its a walking distance from your house.

Politics › Re: How The 2019 Presidential Election In Nigeria Was Massively Rigged. by otokx(m): 6:45am On Mar 09, 2019
Is there is a relationship between "voter suppressed areas" and "increase in per human capital development"

Many people especially we the "educated" don't just go out to vote in the south. Why for instance will I drive my car across about 3 military checkpoints to go and vote in my PU over 10km away?

Government has to look into this issue of creation of PU in residential areas and subsequent transfer of records to a closer PU.

It's really sad that the military has been compromised and degraded to the lowest level. Normally, seeing a soldier in his full attire and arms in the streets should be worrisome. But no, it's a common thing here in Nigeria, no day passes without seeing them severally, some even collect roger on the roads, really pathetic.
Never seen any soldier collect roger on the road or are you referring to police?

Under a free and fair election, Seyi Makinde of PDP should win Oyo State. Everywhere is Seyi Makinde like you said. I always imagine why his name is everywhere in Oyo State, maybe because he's a grassroot politician and he's touched contributed to people's welfare in the few years.

The average south south man does not know how to play tribalism because of kobo kobo. We too like money and refuse to see beyond the short term.
