SPOILT9JAOLOSHO: If Rochas son-in-law wins I will know Imo State is doomed, then I renounce my Nigerian citizenship Don't say so, elections in Nigeria especially in undeveloped areas of which there are so many are largely rigged, actual voting may be 30% rigging then makes up the 70%. So don't say Imo is doomed, it will take a greater force to dislodge Rochas |

Emedu: Omo Agege actually spoiled the plan by Emerho. Emerho was clamouring for Delta North candidate but Omo agege was indirectly used by the state governor to bring Ogboru which is from Delta Central. Had it been a Delta North candidate was presented, Okowa should have been preparing his handover speech by now. Forget APC or PDP. Delta votes base on candidate. Interesting |

Why 2023? If we urhobos should wait, let us do so till 2048, by then Ijaws would have done 8 years, Isokos would have done 8 years, Kwales would have done 8 years. |

Sojicool: Inec staff fail to pay bonus to ad-hoc staff and we too are not ready to go anywhere this morning. Those guys are deliberately disorganized especially in Rivers State. People that have declined interest to work they deliberately included their names as adhoc staff. |

Shuku0kukobambi: You're on ground my man. Even community youth elections in Rivers State are always like this. It's just the reality. If you grew up in PH and you're not prone to violence, you must be one of the angels that incarnated on Earth.
I don't know what will bring sanity back to Rivers State as long as we have 2 or more parties in contention. When everybody that mattered was in PDP, we could hide it. But now that there are equally matched forces in opposition to each other, the craze will continue for a long time unfortunately. Even some burial ceremonies can descend to small violence with rugged jeans like the one at Rumuekini yesterday. |

olokpa11: I got to PH at about 10qm and as at then, they were putting up tents at choba. Just opposite GAM. Also I Neva said the soldiers mounted check points on the road. Choba was on lock down. But the soldiers patrolling the road as about 6pm when I left choba to about mbiama junction was much. A particular convey of 5 trucks was always stopping at police check points to ask for directions. Also at the last check point at Mbiama was where I saw the buses filled with soldiers. Mind you at that time it was about 7pm. I can't come here and lie. Anyone who travelled within 5-8pm would confirm exactly what am telling you There was serious traffic jam in the Choba axis most of yesterday. |

Live and work in Port Harcourt, don't believe half of the things you read in social media, the politicians are the problem of Nigeria. They are always having police escort and yet turnaround to complain. The traffic was crazy yesterday and for those who go about their daily bread it was not easy. I did not see soldiers yesterday but lots of politicians with sirens and police escort all over the place. One even shot at a tanker for refusing to stop when tanker slowed down so they could pass. Thank God the bullet did not go astray and kill an innocent bystander. |

Niorte: INEC is very stupid. They have no iota of integrity. How come they did not cancel the presidential election. Foolish people.
They enforce card reader in the South but do without card reader in the North. If this story is true then INEC really messed up the elections, most of us in the south insisted on results reconciled with the smart card readers. |
