I have worked for ROCKSON engineering on some of these NIPP projects. our Politicians usually commission a power

station that is 40% complete during electioneering times just to get the attention of the people.

My house for PH never see public power supply in the last six days

all na wash wash

Why fuel a generator in the night? These are the kind of people that constitute a nuisance to society. We had to institute a law here that all generator go off by 11pm so that we can have sound sleep.

Jiga is a joker!
people go laff nigeria tired on March 28th.
Why did he not use card reader is Osun and Ekiti election?
You cannot be doing trial and error in an important election like this.
anybody that has any knowledge of project management will be appalled by this plan!
in places where electronics are used, voting lasts for more than one day giving ample time to recover from system failures.
in Nigeria voting effectively lasts for about 4 hours.
No time to even recharge your card reader if it loses power!
You are right the card reader would have been test run in the Osun and Ekiti elections. This thing has more chance of failure than success. Anyway we like fire brigade approach but if in air conditioned senate chambers it was having issues with then what happens in very hot and humid outside places? There should be a plan B arrangement.

Olisah Metuh is a bit hazy in his response to the Okrika violence. In fact he has gone off the tangent. This is a shameful arrangement of words.
Politics › Re: Lai Muhammad Live On Channels TV. Speaks On Jega's Visit To The Senate. by otokx(m): 8:38pm On Feb 18, 2015
Olisah Metuh has raised a valid point, the time for accreditation is not theoretical sufficient if it takes 1 minute to process 1 person.

It takes a average of 30 seconds to verify the voter. The accreditation period is between 8am and 12 pm. 4 hours. The card reader is configured to work during this period. That means that the reader will only be able to accredit less than 500 voters. In my unit we have more than 1000 registered voters. So what will happen to the rest ? huh. I hope this will not lead to a breakdown of law and order
Like JAMB, 2 card readers can be assigned to a unit.

The so called laudable achievements are more up north than down south so people are not just angry but vexed. We see power in uniport once in 4 weeks. The nearby airport has been under construction since time immemorial. The roads around the airport though federal were reconstructed by AMAECHI. Its just a shame.

I suspect Warri is like Port Harcourt jointly owned by the numerous tribes but unlike Port Harcourt is less developed, the factions should come to some sort of understanding.
