There are many parents who behave in a childish manner, do you guys know that a parent went to one of the banks and bribed and cajoled his way to pay school fees. He confused the cashier who then assumed the child is the current year 1 student so the parent paid the normal school fees plus the 50% extra charge on top which is what you pay for coming late and after he did that proceeded to continue, of course nobody is ready for him and it was later pointed out to him at ICTC that he had paid in error and now he is going from pillar to post asking for refund.

PS To get refund from the University of Port Harcourt is an experience in high definition of due process.
