...I no go argue with you on whether *FAAC*has held or not...but on whether we are paid before federal civil servant, l'd say it depends on the ministry or federal parastal, FIRS, DSS, CBN etc. pays very early few days after faac, you can't compare them with say federal ministry of agric, police, INEC etc...

faac has not officially stated what it shared...if it has held...few times it has held without giving any information...if you know any federal civil servant that received by Tuesday know it held...

...I just wonder how NLC has helped my situation as a civil servant...to warrant any dues from me...lemme see ... 8 going 9years no promotion, 3 months owed salary arrears: one owned by ameachi, two months owed by wike for Feb/ March 2016,..No increment nothing and they are deducting for what job exactly....make I no just lay curses...

... remember last year, wike refused the NLC dues so when that embargo was lifted it was a double deduction, that's why it amounted to 6k

Lagos, rivers and akwa ibom states can pay salary without faac allocation. Our state goverment has done this a couple of times in the past even before receiving its share of the monthly faac

uniport should just postponed the exam by a week and sort these problems...I wrote post utme 2 years ago, by now I knew the venue and time..

It's not the first time something like this had happened, it happen 2 or 3 months ago...all other Banks paid except access...I just hope access isn't having financial wahala or system problems
