Good morning guys, how does one create a gift deed?

Please help, My brother got admission into cape Breton and has gotten his visa. But we had the place is overcrowded and accommodation is scarce. We have family in Canada who confirmed this. So now we want switch school. But the cape Breton resumes next month and it’s almost impossible to get admission to a school that resumes in may. So we plan that he goes, but does not attend the school And within the 180 days stipulated time. He gets another admission into another school for September and update IRRC about it. Do you guys think this can work?

Thanks for you quick response. Sorry I have one more question. I understand it’s important to land at the nearest airport to the school. Does he necessarily need to go to the school or just inform IRCC after he gets into Canada that he is changing school?

You have the best option already. Let your brother apply to that same school again, send the New LOA to IRCC, and he can change DLI when he arrives in Canada.

You know you can collect it, format it and send it yourself if you believe he is not doing it right. Back up your claim with proof. If not this is just another case of scam since you’re not taking responsibility.
