There are many ways to make money from your youtube videos aside Google Adsense. Google Adsense is one of the major ways though, but not always the most rewarding except your videos have good views or are viral videos.

One other way to monetize your youtube videos....as in make money from your videos on youtube is through youtube ad networks....they pay better than Google adsense from my own personal experience though.

Another way is by being smart....and monetizing your videos with high converting CPA offers; especially the Email submit offers....this has generated me most of the money I make on youtube.

I love calm, constructive questions like this instead of attacks and abuses when I am only volunteering to help people learn how to make money online for free.

You only talk about the cash you made and your video got flagged. No explaination on where to start from so novice can also learn. One thing i have observed about thread openers who want to share info is that they only bit around the bush without explaining in details and the next thing they will bring up is selling of their ebook. What is the essence of this thread if you don't want to share and explain how to go about achieving making money with youtube.

In my earlier posts, I made it clear that I need you guys to ask me questions as a way of getting the best out of this thread. I said it....you don't expect a teacher to enter an empty classroom and make introduction of his subject, definition, etc and no single student asked questions, rather they kept abusing and cursing the teacher that he doesn't know anything about the subject he wants to teach without even asking the teacher a question to know if the teacher can deliver or not....

And mind you, you can't compare this to stadelk7's ebook because he sold his ebook while I am giving out my own info for free...so you can't compare them.

If you buy my ebook and I don't show you the steps to take in all the business ideas I discussed, then you have the right to abuse or attack me.

But this is a free topic...the best thing any sensible person that wants to learn from this topic ought to do is ask constructive and encouraging questions and then wait to see if I would answer or not.

Now, to some of the questions you asked indirectly and abusively in your comment, I will answer them below:

Step 1: you need to upload a video to youtube to make money from youtube
Step 2: how do you get the video to upload? You either create one yourself (the best option) or you download other people's video and edit and upload back to youtube.

Where can you download interesting vidoes....try vimeo.....go to facebook and search for funny video vines. Now, how do you download them? You will need to download Mozilla browser...and then go to google, download, Mozilla browser video download helper. Its an extension app, download it and install into your Mozilla browser.

Now, when you see a funny video vine you like on facebook after you search for them and find one, copy the url and paste on your Mozilla browser and press enter for the video to start playing...then you will see something like a halogen molecule symbol on the far right end of your browser dangling about....click on it and it will drop down....then select, download and convert.

This app will automatically download and convert the funny video vine to a WMV for you saved on your desktop. Once the download is complete, the download bar will stop from green bar to stop.

Go to your desktop and open the video to ensure it actually downloaded.

Now, use the video editing software I gave out in my earlier post to work on the video....cut, crop, etc to your desire and taste and save back.

You can also use windows movie maker to do this....though you will have some limitations compared to the other software I mentioned earlier...read my posts carefully and stop reading with anger and heated mindset.

Now, log into your youtube channel or account.

Click on upload....then select the video you have edited and saved and that's it....it will start uploading..showing percentage of upload remaining.

Now, to make your video to get picked easily and faster by youtube.....do this:

I have been swindled in businesses and I learnt the hard way....I finally discovered that anyone who truly desires to achieve total financial freedom can achieve it...but you must take some bold steps like:

Yes @saints2, youtube don't joke with copyright or flagged video....especially flagging....once your video gets flagged, youtube takes it serious....I mentioned all that in my previous posts...read them up.


To overcome copyright notification on your YT videos that you got from a 3rd party...there are many ways to achieve this, one is by pausing the music or voice and adding youtube open source music....you can find this on your youtube dashboard under creator studio....library. That's a task for you....your assignment.

There is also a software you can use to change the speed of a video to outsmart youtube copyright bot from detecting it....

If you change the speed play of the video using some video editing softwares and then remove the original music to add yours from youtube....or by adding your own voice...then you have escaped this.

Lastly, who said you must upload only videos made by foreigners

I create my own videos too....you can use pictures......graphics to create very interesting videos that will gain audience....just make sure your pictures are clear enough and you are creating the video in a very interesting topic like I already revealed in my initial posts.

Lastly, to make your video to gain views faster and possibly go viral, there are certain things you must consider:

1. The storyline
2. The video title
3. Tags: very important
4. Description: not so important

What was the bad news

Someone flagged two of my hit videos: the cheating scandal video and Tonto Dikeh video...and when someone flags your video on youtube, youtube don't usually joke with it...they will notify you and then they will take down your video from youtube.

So youtube removed my two major hit videos...and my video traffic dropped down drastically.

But before they took down the videos, I learnt some tricks on how to make money from my youtube videos aside Google Adsense....that I will be revealing later.

Also before they took down my two main videos, a popular youtube advertising network contacted me, asking me to join their advertising network to enable them monetize my videos for more earnings, and I registered with them, and started earning some money again from my videos....but I needed to upload more videos to increase my youtube traffic and subscribers...

I did another video of some hot Nollywood scenes featuring popular Nigerian actors and actresses, and then I gave them some hot titles....the title of your video matters a lot....the tags, the description too. Will be treating all that later.

One of my new Nollywood hot scene videos went viral again....hitting 50,000 views in less than 10 days of upload.

My earnings fired up again...I did another funny video vine and it also got some hit but not much like others.....I kept on...and noticed a significant increase in my earnings, so I took some break to focus on other of my online money channels because I have achieved my aim on youtube to an extent.

I later uploaded another video on Valentine's day about another girlfriend cheating scandal...and to my greatest surprise, this video went viral...and got 1,000,000 views in 3 days, just 3 days! I earned around $250 from my youtube channel in less than 7 days....not just through Google Adsense alone, but through other means I use to monetize my youtube videos.

...and then the worst news occurred after this video got over 3,000 comments, shares, likes and someone flagged the video again....after some commentors started a fight saying I infringed into the girl's privacy by exposing her without her consent....before I know it, someone filed a copy right content and youtube sent me a message asking for proof of ownership of the video or that my account will be suspended....I sent them some detailed message, explaining lots of things....and youtube changed the penalty from suspension of my account to temporary suspension of youtube Google ads monetization on my videos pending review.

Meanwhile, even though they have banned me and removed some of my vital videos, I still make some cash from youtube without working again....what a good source of passive income.

Now, I need questions to continue.......

Before you can make money on youtube, you must first ask yourself: what kind of video are people (especially Europeans and Americans) more interested in watching? You must focus on creating videos that Americans and Europeans will love to watch and share.

You know why? Because Americans and Europeans are the people with the highest purchasing power of global goods and services in the world...Americans buy things a lot because they have good economy with high number of citizens living above middle class.

For this reason, whenever you want to create a video you want to upload on youtube to make money, make sure you have Americans and Europeans at heart.

So, what kind of video do Americans and Europeans enjoy watching on youtube?

1. Funny videos: any video that will make an average American laugh is a good hit for you. Vine videos comes to mind.

2. Cheating scandal videos: any video that contains cheating scandal, especially that of a woman or girl that got caught while cheating on her husband or boyfriend is always a good video to make some money from.

The first video that set my youtube channel on fire was a video clip I got from an old American movie in which a wife cheated on her husband and got caught by the hubby's friend...and the hubby called her in and showed her the video, and they told her he's filing for divorce....she started to sob and plead....

This video went viral on yotube in less than 4 days....my youtube fans (known as subscribers) grew from just 10 subscribers to 1001 subscribers just because of one video upload.

The video view grew from 5 to 500,000 in 2 days, and in 7 days, it hit 1,000,000 views with hundreds of shares and upvote from viewers.

It had over 1,000 comments in less than 7 days.

OMG! I was shocked....my E-mail was on fire with Email alerts of viewer's comments and subscription.

Immediately, I created another video myself using pictures and animations about a controversial Nigerian actress; Tonto Dikeh...and within 2 weeks, it got 95,000 views, 250 likes, 55 dislikes though.....115 comments and my subscribers also increased.

Meanwhile, before all these, I have already linked my youtube channel to my Google Adsense, so when I checked my earnings, I was shocked to see $170 in less than 30 days! Oh mhen, I got so inspired!

I started creating more videos.....but after like 2 months....I had some bad news......

I will use my personal experience to teach you guys so that you can understand how this thing works.

I joined youtube in 2007 during a World Bank Global Video Contest on Waste and Climate Change.

The contest was about uploading real life video aimed at fighting climate change in your local community, and then the judges will pick the best video for a whooping prize and presentation at Norway then.

My video ought to have won me the prize because it was a rare and interesting video of how a popular Nigerian industry then was dumping their industrial waste into a known river in Nigeria....which was unknown to people....it was so shocking....but something happened when I went to make this video with a fisher man that ferried me to the site at the middle of the river....my camera went off....our canoe almost capsized, and nearly lost my life...so I ended up getting just an intro video of the scary scene but not the main scene....the canoe man angrily turned back and dropped me off at the river bank.

I had to upload the video like that just to ensure I participated in the contest.....because I knew I wasn't going to win anyway.

So, my first youtube video was created not to make money from youtube, but for a contest which I failed.

Back then, I didn't know about making money on youtube, not until 2011/2012.

Okay, back to the topic.....how to make money from youtube.

Do you know that Google Adsense is not the only way to make money from youtube There are so many ways to make money on youtube, and we will be looking at them one after the other...but before talking about how to monetize your youtube videos, let's first talk about uploading good videos to youtube that will generate views in order to give you greater opportunity of making money.

One thing is this, with the unstable nature of our Nigerian economy, it is advisable for every Nigerian youth to have a backup income plan no matter how big you are earning from your job, business or trade right now because anything can happen to that good job you have now tomorrow.

I am not here to discourage those working to quit...please don't....even though being your own boss or an entrepreneur is the best anyone can wish for in life, it is never the shortest cut to financial success in life because not all entrepreneurs end up rich.

If you have a good job, keep it....save enough, plan to invest and please don't just invest in anything they tell you....invest wisely and make sure you know about what you want to invest in....don't invest in any business you won't sit at the helm of its daily affairs.....don't set up business for another person to manage for you....it won't work....once you have decided to set up a business, then start planning to quit your job if you want to truly grow that business to a successful one.

If u have lived in Europe before, u will understand that junkies sell their things at any price whenever they are broke and need money to buy crack (co..caine). And sometimes too, they take their fellow junkie friends gadgets to sell to buy crack too.

So I perfectly understand d guy...and I love what he's doing to be honest. if it was possible for me to get the owner, would have contacted him/her to ask for a way of returning it if he/she confirms it was stolen from him/her. But there's no way for me to reach the Europe owner, and no way to return it to d junkie too according to my friend because he said ever since the junkie gave it to him as collateral for €200, he hasn't seen him again.

You maybe right, but he seem big now sha...it came together in a 40ft container with cars, etc. he told me a junkie came to him for money, that he was broke, so he asked him for a collateral, and d junkie gave him d tablet...and ever since then, he hasn't seen him again.

He told me this story casually in between laughter....explaining how European junkies sell off their stuff at give away price when broke and need to buy crack to cool off.

So it's not as if it's a business sha.

lol, I understand u bro....but honestly, it wasn't stolen...unless it was stolen by the junkie who sold it to my friend based in Europe....the icloud msg is also in Spanish not English per se

Got an ipad 4 from Europe...tried using it, but the ipad demanded for the original owner's icloud login details which I don't have cos I am not the original owner that registered it.

A friend who came back from Europe gave it to me....i have asked him for the login details, he said he doesn't have it because he bought it from a white junkie...and u know those junkies when high can't tell u nada except some Euros to get crack.

So I need to wipe off the icloud account.

Anyone have a solution pls
