If you no get money hide your face and remain silent, than to spew rubbish in
people's market.

I don't know the seller but am an importer too and I can testify to the loss currently in the car shipping business.

The average landig cost is as follows

shipping alone is $1600 === 770 x 1600 == 1,232,000
clearing = 3,500,000
buying cost is about $10,000.x 770 = 7,700,000
Total = N12, 432,000

Think before you talk next time.

Politics / 4 Nigerians Japa By Stowaway On Ship Rudder. by overseasnbeyond: 7:24pm On Aug 02, 2023
Four Nigerian stowaways traveled for 14 days and 3,500 miles on the top of a ship's rudder.
One of the men told Reuters when he looked down at the sea, he saw whales and sharks swimming below.
They ran out of food and water on their 10th day, and had to drink seawater.

Politics / How To Make The Ministerial List In Nigeria by overseasnbeyond: 6:14pm On Aug 02, 2023
1. Be ready to Lie: Hannatu Musawa claimed her father sold "goro" to send her to school, someone should tell her to cut the bull crap. Everyone know her father was a veteran politician before his death, he was a one time senator and a strong associate of Former president Buhari.
2. Be ready to shed crocodile tears: Nigeria are too emotional and believe whatever the politicians claimed.

There is too much hunger in the land,
country filled with honey had suddenly turned to bitterness.

people walk around with hatred and regret written on their faces.
The leaders are not sensitive to the needs of the poor only care about themselves and family.

The middle class no longer exist, is either you make it or fail.

Many graduates with no jobs even if it not paying what they expect.

I cry for my country Nigeria, where many brains are waiting away every day.

Family / Re: I'm Tired, My Husband Is Mentally Challenged by overseasnbeyond: 2:37pm On Jul 30, 2023
was he seen by Mental Health Professional?
What medication was recommended for him?
He has to stay on the medication all the time, mental health doesn't go away but suppressed with medication.
Good luck to you.

beautifulsoul12:
Good morning everyone. I have to create this account to post this.
I can't even sleep at night lately.

I'm so tired and I need help right now. I have been doing this all by myself for so long now, without much complain but now, I need help.
Before I got married to my husband, I didn't know he had a seasonal mental health challenge, but not violent.

I met him in the university, he was in medicine, he had dreams, very ambitious, one of the best in his department, Working his way to travel abroad to continue his education. We were just friends, but I liked him. He kept on asking me out, but I declined. I wanted to graduate first.
We parted ways in year two. He changed school, so, I knew nothing about him again till years later.
Reconnected with him years later after graduation, to my greatest surprise, he didn't graduate, wasted all his resources and couldn't travel out. We still love each other, so we got married.
after the birth of my first child, I wanted to leave him, but I couldn't because he was a good man, but with too many changes and I was the only one who truly care and was there for him.
Three years ago, he became much better. He got a small job, Started bringing in little for upkeep. I saw change and I was happy. We had our second child last year after 8yrs.
Since early this year, the whole thing came up again. Since then, he became jobless again.
The financial burden is all on me. Right now, we can't afford to renew our rent.
I lost my business capital some times ago in wrong business, since then, it has been so much struggles.

I'm trying hard but it's not enough.
I'm thinking of working away, but to where? what about my children? Who will be there for them? What about him? But I'm tired of being in a marriage where I have to struggle for everything, where I can not depend on my man.
Pls, help us renew our house rent.

What do I do?

Good evening Brother , You have spoken well out of the dictates of your instincts and I am glad you found time from your tight schedule to appear before this Nairaland court of Justice .[/b]

I will start by addressing petition 1.

I have developed more than 50 websites so far and will post links to 10 of it below.

1- Havilahtowershotels dot com
2- Meota dot com dot ng
3- Soccerjungle dot com (personal sport blog)
4- Woita dot net
5- Discoveryinstincts dot com
6- Moviedivision dot com
7- Animaldivision dot com
8- Omckitchen dot com
9- Omc beauty dot com
10, xpresswealth dot com and many more

I told you my personal website was down (and was coming up soon). My upwork profile has all one needs to know about me and I believe I shared those with you.

2- Reference of the websites designed by me?

For your sake, I will edit the footer of atleast three of these websites NOW and give reference /credit to myself so you can visit and see for yourself

I will cite reference on these three
i. Discoveryinstincts dot com
ii. Meota dot com dot ng
iii. woita dot net

3- The issue here is your inability to differentiate between Profile Name and Username.

On facebook, Twitter and Instagram, my account names are either Tony Attat or Anthony Attat while the usernames are in unison; tonyrunna. I believe you should know that Tony is interchangeable with Anthony and vice versa

About the suffix “runna” attached to my usernames, it will interest you to know that I am a pro athlete; the numero uno in Akwa Ibom when it comes to the 800 and 1500mtrs showdowns .

In my days at the Prestigious University of Uyo between 2013 through 2018, I never came 2nd in any race and by next Olympics games; you will hear the name even more.

You don’t owe me an apology, But You did a poor background check. You can do better .

About your first paragraph, you stated an average Nigerian is a scammer which isn’t far from the truth but if you are really SMART, you should never fall for internet scam.

Next time, do proper background check or you can enroll for a crash course with the FBI. Because when that scam is presented before you, you might fall like a complete maga with these charge and bail background check of yours.

So, with these few points of mine, I believe a reset have been initiated in your medulla oblongata about my personality.

Finally, I am still open and willing to do business with you.

This is just a question of TRUST, it is very unfortunate that average Nigerians are scammers both online and offline.
The fact that you claim online to do something is different from reality, anybody can be anything on Nairaland behind their phone or computer.
1. How can you claim to have developed more than 50 + website but don't have a single website for your own personal business.
2. Where are the reference of the websites designed by you?
3. Why is your name Anthony Major on yahoo page but Tonyrunna on other social medias?
I never planned to bring the issue up here but only responding to what you put out here.
I owe you no apology if you feel offended, I did my background check before my feedback.

Goodluck and wish you all the best.

One Mr. overseasnbeyond who is based abroad contacted me here for a supposed "business" of which i was very excited about. Suddenly, he opted out and says he does not trust me. I mean we did not even discuss the purported business. Is it because i am Nigerian? or My Village people are all out this time around?

1. Having a website makes you look professional and increases trust.

Most people don’t trust a business without a good website. A clean, modern page that is regularly updated and pops up in search engines is an instant credibility boost. Potential customers will trust you more and have all the information they need in one place. In a digital age, we expect businesses to have a web presence

2. A business website will bring you more customers and increase conversions.

Well-optimized websites can pop up on the first page of Google search attracting new customers that weren’t looking specifically for you but were just researching a topic

3. Websites are the center of all marketing efforts.

A website can be the first place where potential customers interact with you and learn about your business.

I hope these three simple reasons cleared your doubts about creating a professional website for your business. If you don’t have even a basic website you’re missing out on a massive opportunity to increase your good online reputation.

The sooner you create one, the more customers will trust your brand. This is a simple and inexpensive way to increase your revenue, boost your company’s credibility and establish your place in the industry.

Now that you know, send a DM to get started @50% discount rate.🥰😄

If the company will be paying you $3,000 monthly for a long time, you may consider staying in Nigeria but if otherwise or unsure. please Japa
People will always tell you is not easy but give it a try, keep the same energy and you will get better offer.

Case study
I started with housekeeping, cleaning hotel room when i came here at the rate of $4 per room and at most i do between 10-20 rooms per day depending on the days of the week making about $600 every two weeks.

Later got promoted as night shift front desk officer making $850 every two weeks.

and now am blessed with a job of average $4000 every two weeks.
and still looking for job with better pay

Japa if you can don't let people discourage you.

hazinibones:
Hello Nairalanders,

I have this decision bothering me. I know it is a personal problem, but I believe everyone need some guidance at every point in life.

Straight to it, I have been considering Japa for over two years now and I think the opportunity might be here but I am having a cold feet.

I recently started working for a foreign company as a software engineer and the pay is decent when converted to Naira. Enough to live an averagely comfortable life. But my challenge now is that, I have been talking to some friends that are outside the country and they keep telling me how life is not easy there and cost of living is super expensive out there.

I currently earn $3000, which I plan to either save and travel or startup a business here in Nigeria. Please, Nairalanders with experience, is it worth japa to live an almost average life for almost the rest of your life or investing here in Nigeria and growing wealth?

The healthcare and quality education benefit is there as an advantage for japa though.

Thanks in advance for your responses!

Goodluck

My people do you know say for almost every state for America, once u don turn 16 years old you are entitled to walk into any shop and buy any kind of gun ( to some. Specifications) easily. All u need is a valid Identity card and you good to go. To sum it up, to buy gun here in America, is as easy as going to the market in Nigeria to go and buy Garri..

I know of kids 17 years win get like 7 different guns for him room the mama and papa dey buy am as gift for am.

Papilagreen:
Maybe you didn't read my comment well enough we saying the same thing ain't we.

These juveniles can never go to store to buy gun rather they patronized the bad boys on the street to buy/rent gun for as low as $100 to do unlawful act, which can cause them to get locked up if get caught. There are many stolen guns on the street.

That's what u saying anybody can get guns everywhere in the streets of America.
Am saying I got mine legally and I am going through the legal process or registration and I know everything before purchasing a gun.

Summary anybody can get gun in America through the right way or otherwise and I chose to get mine legally and for the sole purpose of protection thank you very much Law Enforcement Officer.

Travel / Re: America The Good Sides And Bad Sides You Need To Know Before You Relocate. by overseasnbeyond: 6:18pm On Jul 24, 2023
Appreciate your contribution to learning but am here to debunked your post of 16 years buying gun / parent buying it for them as gift.
No child of under 18 can have access to gun or possess gun as per gun policy and no sellers will honors same purchase request.
If the police arrest you for having gun in your possession while under 18
your charges could range from :
1. Unlawful carrying of weapon by a minor
2. Possession of firearm by a person under 18
3. Unlawful carrying of stolen gun/weapon. (in a situation whereby the gun belongs to your parent because they will claim the gun was stolen to retain their license.)

All these department of juvenile justice serious charges that are jailable for nothing less than 45 days

These juveniles can never go to store to buy gun rather they patronized the bad boys on the street to buy/rent gun for as low as $100 to do unlawful act, which can cause them to get locked up if get caught. There are many stolen guns on the street.

Do you know this happen before your gun is delivered?

"Customers who purchase weapons from the website of a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer (FFL), like Kentucky-based Buds, can’t just enter their credit card and address and have a gun shipped to their doorstep. Instead, the seller will mail the gun to a local FFL, which will then perform a background check on the buyer before handing over the gun."
I wish you good luck is your self-defense quest and make sure you do your research before carrying gun to avoid going to jail.
Just my advise,

I am a law enforcement officer for 5 years and still counting.

Papilagreen:
My people how una dey..

So I decides to make a post today on here. Please note, this post is for educational purpose only and I feel it might be helpful to people who are first timers in the United States.

Today i wan talk more about the rampant use of guns in America.

For America, dem no dey fight with hand ooo like say boxing say if u beat me u win if I beat u I win.. na towa.. towa... Before u say jack Robinson u don dey answer ur judgement for heaven.. if u no take time American kid of 16 years old go clear ur doubt broad day light for front of Walmart no cap.

Everybody dey waka with their guns..

Dem don initiate me for here so me today I say make I show una how easy I buy two guns today not even brand new na pawnshop I buy am.. for those of una wain no know watin pawnshop mean na where u fit go sell and buy anything but here na gun dem dey sell.
I don see two guns I like since so today I just wake up Waka go buy two of them because dem enter my eye.
And cheap too both of them $600.
I paid with my card and did all the paperwork so by Friday my guns will be delivered to my house dem don go clean am up and service for me and as well register my gun for Kentucky state police data base so it takes like 4 days to finish the process the guns I bought are special tactics weapon so it needs to be inspected by the police before I have it.

I can't wait to hold my new babies in my hands soon hopefully by Friday..
I highlight the two I bought as you can see in the pictures.

I will be making some videos and pictures when I go to the shooting range in the woods to test the heel out of my new babies I will keep you updated..

So in summary it's for protection purpose.. I go dey one inside the trunk of my car and the other inside my room and infact when I get paid next month,bi will go buy another pistol I go dey use walk around..
I have a few in mind but I nova make up my mind which one yet to buy for the pistol.
By law, I can walk with my pistol in hoster and hidden only to be used when I am in a dangerous situation.
I had lots of pictures I took but only able to post 4 but if una want more make una comment ask I will gladly shear more..

So my dear to those of you wanting to come here are you ready
