He was so arrogant with the killing. He said Mr Floyd who was already in handcuffs was resisting. The picture snip below from the video says a different story. The pig had his knee on the neck with his hands in the pocket and sun glasses on his head. The event doesn't look like a struggle to the millions who watched the video all around the world.

I've not watched the full video but Chauvin was guilty of excessive force. If he hadn't placed his knee on Floyd's neck for so long, he won't be blamed for his death. That's the koko. It was excessive and unnecessary force.

I enjoyed and watched (almost) every minute of the Trial on CourtTV since the Prosecution started calling Witness and l learned a lot from the Court room actions.
I enjoying watching the Prosecution layout their case and how that very calm Defense Lawyer was trying to sow doubt in the mind of the Jury because all he needed to do was for just ONE JURY to say "Not Guilty" and the case would collapse.

That Defense Lawyer tried so hard but the Video Evidence killed the case beyond any iota of doubt. It was an uphill task for him.

He got a fair trial, Maxine Waters is not a court official, not subject to the court jurisdiction and not part of the case in any form or shape.

She is a private citizen and entitle to her opinions and project by the first amendment. The Jury had earlier been advised to ignore public comments or the publicity.

If court verdicts begin to be tossed out because a politician said one thing or another, no conviction will ever stand, because no matter the case, there will be people with strong opinions on both sides and it will only take one to over turn a verdict.

Though the defense can try and appeal, but they will have a hard time.
