Really complicated question, I go recommended and saw the admission letter, and I'm yet to send in my transcript. Now because I didn't start the process of requesting for transcript on time it's giving me a headache.

Your transcript is not a requirement for admission, but you will need it at some point for clearance. My recommendation is you start laying the groundwork for getting your transcript, if you will need help getting it, start talking to the people that will help you now.
I'm suspecting things will likely move fast over the next few weeks.
