Psoul:
Who watched the First Presidential debate between President Trump and ex Vice President Biden.

To me, I was disappointed by those two guys. I regretted staying awake to watch this piss off sh!t.

The two men were not as matured as I expected to be during the debate.

It seems as what one can see in African growing Democratic politics. I think some African countries will even do better then this.

What's your take?
Chris Wallace won, he did a poor Job of moderating it.

Biden went after Trump, saying he killed over 200 with Covid> Fact is Covid is a global pandemic in it's first months that limited information was available it did more harm, now i think everyone knows the group that are most vulnerable, (the elderly ) plus the fact that when Trump suspended travelling from China they labelled him Racist and Xenophobic but he waa justified

Trump went after Biden saying he mismanaged the VA (Veterans ) and more than 300k veteran died due to lack of health coverage fact is Trump was right and I noticed Biden didn't counter it

On Jobs Trump quoted figure b4 covid which waa fair in my opinion cuz Jobs was lost in every country
Biden once again refers to number after Covid

Overall i think it wasn't a well moderated debate.
No voter will change his/her mind basedon what happened tonight.

And conservation easements is perfectly legal. we'll see about the appraisal which is open to many interpretations.

What I want you to note here is even the NYT article we are both arguing on suggest that he hasn't committed a crime

I have laid it out for you and yet you seem to ignore it and pretend i didnt or you seem incapable, i am giving you the benefit of a doubt.

Gbam, you have arrived, no amount of truth matters as long as you dont want to believe it. Does beg the question, why post something you dont believe?

Sorry you haven't laid a thing, your argument seems to be based on moral( Feelings) while I've stuck to the legality of it.

Not believing the NYT story doesn't negate both of our points and arguments.
For reference I stated all of it is predicated on both of us believing the story.
They don't send people to Jail for feelings but they do send them to jail for crimes committed. you seem to have not found any right now.

I admit I've indulge you too much, you seem to think rich men get rich by being nice men, even the almighty Apple moved to Ireland to pay less tax.
I asked you only one question where is the crime committed here?
And all this is predicated on both of us believing the New York Times story which I simply don't believe.

You are being pedantic and thats the only way you seem to argue

The biggest differentiator between tax evasion and tax avoidance is who commits it and how much wealth they have. The ultimate goal of both is to avoid paying taxes at all cost, the motives are the same.
Donald trump is engaging his gang of lawyers to make sure that he does not pay a cent to the country he claims to be a patriot, fine, its perfectly legal and he is well within his right to be a slimeball.

What is at play however and a reason why he is being investigated by New York attorney general is the possible overinflation of the tax deductions he recieved on his house in Sevens springs which he claimed was an investment property and was thus getting conservation-easement deduction, and as the article said "The Seven Springs conservation-easement deduction is one of four that Mr. Trump has claimed over the years. While his use of these deductions is widely known, his tax records show that they represent the lion’s share of his charitable giving — about $119.3 million of roughly $130 million in personal and corporate charitable contributions reported to the I.R.S." In order words, donating money to yourself and reporting it as charity, what a joke.

Am glad you asked, here is a link to his Tax returns, something Donald Trump would have provided if he did not have anything to hide. As we are seeing, it seems he has a whole lot to hide.

Link to Biden's Federal Tax
https://go.joebiden.com/page/-/vpdocs/Biden%202017%20Amended%20Federal.pdf

The biggest differentiator is one is legal and widely used by most corporate entities and individual while the other is not.

Since when did conservation easement become a crime? IRS could've challenged it in court but alas it was legal? you're yet to show me the crime committed that'll send him to prison.

I checked the Biden tax pdf it was legit.
And yes being pedantic in business can mean the difference between huge profit and loss.

As slimy as always, mr legality,
Is your guy an incompetent idiot who was loosing money for a decade or is he a crook cooking the books.
Its a simple quetion.
You said he's a Crook a fraud and a thief and i replied you saying he has done nothing illegal as tax avoidance is not a crime ( tax evasion is) then you jumped to incompetent as a businessman, you think businesses wants to pay taxes more than legally required? And where did you read Joe Biden paid 3+million in tax? could you provide a link?

My guy, it is clearly evident that you are the one that did not read the article.

He had paid no income taxes at all in 10 of the previous 15 years — largely because he reported losing much more money than he made.

Its either Donald Trump is the most incompetent idiot on the planet or he was fudging the books to not pay taxes for 10 out of 15 years.

Choose one.

Brush up on your tax avoidance knowledge fascinating topic (BFN 201 lol)
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_avoidance
All big companies look for ways to reduce their tax

What he did is perfectly legal. If you lose money doing business you get a tax break simple as ABC Even new York times doesn't suggest illegality.

A crook, fraud and thief.
For comparison, Joe Biden paid 3.7 MILLION in JUST 2017 alone, yet Donald Trump a billionaire only paid 750 Dollars.
Its prison if he loses, am sure he knows thats why he is fighting tooth and nail.
Lol you're naive, I'm sure you didn't read the article, it doesn't say he evaded tax. It's much more complex than that. There was no ILLEGALITY, he paid the legally required amount, it was that low due to millions of losses in previous years.
Foreign Affairs / Trump Pays Only $750 In Taxes in 2016 through 2018 by Ovie56(m): 11:49pm On Sep 27, 2020
Donald J. Trump paid $750 in federal
income taxes the year he won the
presidency. In his first year in the White
House, he paid another $750.
He had paid no income taxes at all in 10
of the previous 15 years — largely
because he reported losing much more
money than he made.
As the president wages a re-election
campaign that polls say he is in danger
of losing, his finances are under stress,
beset by losses and hundreds of millions
of dollars in debt coming due that he has
personally guaranteed. Also hanging
over him is a decade-long audit battle
with the Internal Revenue Service over
the legitimacy of a $72.9 million tax
refund that he claimed, and received,
after declaring huge losses. An adverse
ruling could cost him more than $100
million.
The tax returns that
Mr. Trump has long
fought to keep
private tell a story
fundamentally
different from the
one he has sold to
the American
public. His reports
to the I.R.S. portray
a businessman who takes in hundreds of
millions of dollars a year yet racks up
chronic losses that he aggressively
employs to avoid paying taxes. Now,
with his financial challenges mounting,
the records show that he depends more
and more on making money from
businesses that put him in potential and
often direct conflict of interest with his
job as president.
The New York Times has obtained tax-
return data extending over more than
two decades for Mr. Trump and the
hundreds of companies that make up his
business organization, including detailed
information from his first two years in
office. It does not include his personal
returns for 2018 or 2019. This article
offers an overview of The Times’s
findings; additional articles will be
published in the coming weeks.

U know nothing if u know Ruth u know she was on the liberal side appointed by a democratic president. This tips d scale and give the Republicans appointed judges a overwhelming majority in the Supreme Court means democrats and their court injunctions and cases stand no ground if it gets to s Supreme Court. U sef use brain and reason not just spewing rubbish. Democrats have been praying for her not to pass on. She even told her grand daughter that her wish is not to pass on during this administration. Mitch connel(senate majority leader) has already said that any candidate trump submits to them would be deliberated. They want to quickly put a trump appointed judge.
Now use the so called brain to read what I wrote, I definitely don't care whether she was Liberal or not. I stated a tie (4-4) should be avoided in case any candidate want to contest the election in court. I also stated it is the constitutional duty of a president to nominate a replacement jugde and the obligation of the senate to either confirm or reject the nominee. Now tell me which of my claim is factually wrong?

So you want to compare that with the US? America banning these apps means that Europe might probably do the same. That's a big loss for China. But it's good tit for tat, because China blocks many apps from the West too. Trump is doing well.
If the excuse of Security risk is acceptable for India banning those appd then the excuse should be sufficient enough for US.

Strange to see anyone still has sympathies left for China after hiding serious information on Covid that could have saved thousands of life. Most normal countries and Nigeria should not find themselves in situations where china will hoard the PPEs for itself before the world even learn how dangerous Covid is.

Trump has his way now.
Trump didn't kill her, Everything shouldn't be about Trump

Secondly, it is the presidential constitutional duty to Nominate a replacement Judge and the senate to either confirm or reject the nominee.

Thirdly, The US is about to go on an election, with so called mail in ballot which is open to so many regulation ( like mail arriving 14 days after election ) and fraud, and sometimes a recount might be needed, It is unwise to have a 4-4 tie in case any of the candidates seeks redress in the supreme court.

lastly, that woman voted for abortion all the time, including late term abortion. Wth will republicans miss her?
